That will happen when you are using full width elements like Color Sections or Grid Rows, please try a 1/1 element instead.

That won’t work because the shortcode will be the same each time, please activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/. Then you can copy the entire finished shortcode from the box under the layout builder.

I’m not sure where you want to place the code, in the header or in the footer? If that is supposed to go in the sidebar then please try to place it in a widget under Appearance->Widgets.

Thank for the feedback, you are getting some error messages on the page and it looks to be related to the anchors you are using. It might be because of the german ü, could you try to change that to the regular u to see if that is the case please?

Thanks for the feedback, that is not working on my end either. Did you try disabling all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from one of them?

You could also try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
