Hi,
Thanks for the link and screenshot. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#top .main_color input[type='text'] { background-color: transparent; border: none; border-bottom: 1px solid #ddd; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
You can create a new user under Users, use one of your own emails or (Email address hidden if logged out) .
Best regards,
RikardHi Brian,
Thanks for that, I can log in now. Though it’s hard for us to debug third party code which is throwing the error in this instance. Would you be able to contact the people providing this code to see if they can see what is going wrong please?
Best regards,

I couldn’t see any error messages on that page, where are you seeing them exactly? If it’s on the backend then please include admin login details in private.

Thanks for the feedback, I see the same thing on my end. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi,
Yes, it can be any theme setting basically. Just toggle a setting or two and save, that rewrites all your settings and the imported ones are included then as well.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details and feedback, though I can see the logo on all screen sizes and on both the pages you linked to on my end. Maybe it was only caching? Did you try checking in an incognito window in Chrome?

RikardHi Peter,
Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Nicole,
Thanks for that, let’s go through this page by page. First off though, could you update to the latest version of the theme (4.2.3), it might help with some problems but likely not all: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
First link:
Did you try to set your header to transparent? You can do so in the Layout menu on the right hand side of the edit screen.
Second link:
The fullwidth video is working on my end using both Chrome and Safari, and I see no gap above it on either one of those browsers either. Did you try to clear you browser cache and reload the page?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
It’s very difficult to say exactly what is going wrong, did you check the server logs during the time you updated? I think that is the only way we can tell what could be going wrong.
Best regards,
RikardHi volmering,
I hear you, it’s not really something you want to deal with on a daily basis. Glad the new update fixes your problem though :-)

RikardFebruary 9, 2018 at 5:13 am in reply to: Changing mobile menu browser width and screen options for video elements #910104Hey goingthewholehogg,
Let’s stick to one problem at a time, please try this in Quick CSS to change the mobile menu breakpoint:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1040px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback. I added the h2 element under Advanced Styling and changed the font, that changes the fonts on the front end as well. Could you have a look to verify and if that works for you?
Best regards,
RikardHi Niek,
Please try this CSS instead:
#header { width: 1100px; left: 50%; transform: translate(-50%, 0); }Best regards,
RikardHi Steve,
Please try the following CSS as well:
@media only screen and (min-width: 990px) and (max-width: 1124px) { #avia-menu { width:auto !important; float:right: !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHi LCT-AlexanderNickel,
It will do that since not all colours are supported by the picker, it will add the closest one supported to what you input. But like @guenni007 pointed out, then difference is so fine that you shouldn’t see any difference on the front end.
Best regards,
RikardHi Duncan,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (min-width: 990px) and (max-width: 1060px) { #avia-menu { float:right; } }Best regards,
RikardHi Lilian,
I’m not sure what’s going on there, I got the same problem as in your screenshot before I was logged in, but not after. Looks totally fine once I’m logged in. I would think that it was due to caching but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.3) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
