February 18, 2018 at 7:31 am in reply to: Woocommerce Product Grid – Displaying only 3 columns instead of 4 #913793Hi,
I’m not sure what the underlying issue with this problem could be, but styling is always done with CSS. So if the CSS works then that is an actual solution.

You are running an old version of the the theme, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.3) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Number are not allowed as starting characters in CSS: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/448981/which-characters-are-valid-in-css-class-names-selectors, so it’s not a know issue.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
That is not default theme functionality unfortunately, it would require a custom solution and would be out of scope of theme support. If you should need to hire a developer then we recommend Codable.

RikardFebruary 18, 2018 at 7:22 am in reply to: Add Full Width Elements to Blog Page Layout and Keep the Sidebar #913786Hey jberg1,
That is not possible by default unfortunately, but you could try to fake a sidebar using for instance a 1/4 element and use the widget area element inside of that. Otherwise you would have to use non-fullwidth elements if you want a sidebar beside your content.

Could you post a link to the page in question so that we can take a closer look please? If you are referring to a background image in a Color Section element then you can change the behaviour in the element options.

RikardHi,
If you have long words that can happen sometimes, but you should be able to break the word if it overflows using CSS:
word-wrap: break-word;
Or you can use media queries to adjust the font size on different screen sizes like you wrote.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback, the easiest way might be to create two lists and place them in columns?

Thanks for that, though the screenshot is not loading. Please try uploading it to a service like imgur, dropbox or google drive and then link to it here.

RikardHi Thomas,
Are you running a child theme? If you are then the answer is no, if you are not then yes, it will be overwritten if you have added it to one of the default CSS files. If you have added it to Quick CSS then it should be safe. But you should always backup your site before updating anything, regardless of what you are updating.

Did you try to toggle one or two settings and save again? That usually helps if the settings are not applied.
