There is a htaccess password before coming to the login page, could you share those details as well please? What are you using to generate the sitemap?

Thanks for that. The Lightbox Modal Window option was unchecked in the theme options, I activated it and the images are now opening in a lightbox again. Please review your site.

Hi Steve,

I would recommend that you keep a note of the API key for each site you purchase the theme for, if you use the same key then you might have problems updating in the future. I know it’s not the best system, but that’s the way Envato have designed it. We don’t have any control over that unfortunately.

Hey Odette,

Thanks for reaching out. Our themes are only for the WordPress platform, so you would have to use that. The theme and the builder is very easy to use, and you can set the colours as you like in the theme options, and you can have as many banners as you like on as many pages as you like. I would recommend that you buy Enfold if you are deciding between the two.

Hi,

If you get the same behaviour with the default theme, then it’s not theme related. Did you try to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them?

Where the support is? We are all over the world :-)

That file has moved yes, so unfortunately you might have to delete that file manually on your sites. I’m very sorry for the problems, but we felt that it was necessary to move that file to be able to progress our development of the theme.
