    I just updated my Enfold theme to 4.2.6.
    Now, when I view the webpage it displays:
    Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home/smallb19/public_html/microbrewr.com/wp-content/themes/enfold/header.php on line 6

    Seems like they say to update the PHP…
    How could i do that?

    You can contact your hosting provider and they can upgrade your PHP version for you.
