RikardHi Tony,
As long as you have valid licenses then you will have access to the support forum. If you should lose access for some reason then you can contact us through this channel and post your purchase information and we’ll set you up with the correct access again.
Best regards,
RikardHey Malene,
Thanks for the login, though I’m not sure what you are trying to achieve? I see a big image in your header, is that the result you were looking for?
If you are looking to add a widget to the header then you can refer to this: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/
I would recommend that you use a child theme before attempting that though: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/create-a-child-theme/

Thanks for the feedback. You can upload images to a service like Dropbox, Google Drive, Imgur etc. and then link to them here.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback, if you should need an earlier version of the theme then let us know.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback, I’m not sure what could have caused that though. Maybe caching of some sort? If you didn’t change anything then that would be the likely explanation.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback, though that sections looks fine on my end using Chrome. Could you post a screenshot of what you seeing on the actual device and let us know which device and browser you are using please?
If you want to have greater control over the background image on mobile screens, then you can duplicate the section and upload an image better adapted to mobile screens. You can select to hide/show the correct one using Screen Options in the element options.
Best regards,
RikardHi M_AVT,
Great, glad you got it working and thanks for the feedback. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
This is coming from one of your cached CSS files:
.av-logo-container { background-color: #000!important; }
Best regards,
RikardHey fattlco,
I asked for a link to your site in the other thread, please include that here and let’s use this from now on. Also, I’m not sure I understand what you mean by your second question. Could you clarify that please? A screenshot highlighting your intentions might help us understand better.
Best regards,
RikardHey werbeagenturlauf,
Please try using the full URL to the font, and verify that it’s actually working:
http://your.site/folder/font.ttf
Best regards,
RikardHey fattlco,
Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Nikosberlin,
Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, which demo are you looking to import? If you want to try to import manually then you’ll find instructions in private.
Best regards,
RikardHi Mary,
Try to use Yoast SEO like Basilis suggested, it works well if you want to control what text and which image should be shared.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS instead:
.widgettitle { text-transform: inherit!important; font-weight: bold !important; }
Best regards,
RikardHey heysnads,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.4) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardHey Richard,
I’m not sure I understand what you are looking to achieve, do you want to change the font size of the blog post titles on the front page only?
Best regards,
RikardHey ducani,
It looks like what you have added to phone info is covering it on mobile, please try to adjust your CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .header_right { position: relative !important; float: left !important; width: 100% !important; text-align: center !important; top: 75px; } }
Best regards,
RikardHi LeeAnne,
It looks like the burger menu being obscured a bit by the top menu, please try this in Quick CSS to correct that:
@media only screen and (max-width: 990px) { .av-burger-menu-main { padding-top:30px !important; } }
Make sure to clear your browser cache and reload the page if don’t see any changes.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry but I can’t see any links in your last reply, please try posting it again.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS as well:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #top .av_secondary_left .sub_menu { left: 0 !important; transform: translateX(0%) !important; } }
Best regards,
RikardHey FloppySocks,

RikardHey LindaK816,
It only displays after scrolling x amount of pixels, it’s working if you check the page in private for instance.
What exactly are you looking to change in the footer of your site?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the link. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.4) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. If not then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHi Anne,
It’s included in the theme, are you having problems with it?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details. I see that you have a plugin for custom permalinks, could you try to disable that and resave your settings under Settings->Permalinks?
