You can do that, but your theme settings will change to the new demo. If you only want to import some pages then you can activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/. You can then link to the pages you want to import here and we’ll give you the shortcodes for them.

Sorry for the problems, did you try to activate the parent in case the child theme is causing the problem? Just to rule that out.

If that is not the case then what version of PHP are you running on the server?

You could try to enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, you can then drag the Social Sharing element to a new page and you will get the shortcode for it in the window under the Layout Builder. You could then copy the shortcode a widget.

Thanks for the login details, though I’m not sure exactly what you are trying to achieve unless we can see a mockup of your intentions. Like Ismael pointed out, the mega menu option is only available with the main menu, so I would recommend you to use that.
