Thanks for that. I’m not sure on what page you are using these elements, but 1/2 element like most other layout elements will stay within the container width of the site, if you like to have a full width grid then please try the Grid Row element.

I think there is some kind of conflict due to the new performance features in Enfold. Did you try to clear the cache from your caching plugin to see if that helps? If not then try to leave it deactivated or try to deactivate the theme performance options to see the problem is coming from there.
