Hey marcoberloco,
Did you check your robots.txt file to see if you are blocking bots?
Best regards,
RikardHi Maaike,
Could you try to update manually via FTP instead maybe? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update
Best regards,
RikardHey Luisgasser,
Could you post a link to the page in question so that we can take a closer look please?

RikardHey vincemilia,
Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that, though I still can’t reproduce those results on my end. Do you know what the exact width of the screens your phones have? If so you could test if you get the same results on a desktop screen, you can see the window width if you right click anywhere on the page and select inspect.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the problems, what version of PHP are you running on the server?

Thanks for that, it’s likely happening due to this:
<strong>OUR MISSION<strong>You have opened the tag twice and not closed any of them properly.

RikardHi Mischa,
Thanks for the updates, so the maps are working but the element on the backend looks a bit ugly?
Best regards,
RikardHey andrea,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.page-id-2590 input::-webkit-input-placeholder { color: #fff !imporant; }Best regards,
RikardHey Byrne,
I’m not sure if that fix works but it might be a good idea to try it out at least? If it doesn’t work then let us know and we’ll have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHey katielherpiniere,
1. Go to Appearance->Menus then click Screen Options in the top right hand corner of the screen and select to show Description, you will then see that field under your menu items.
2. You can try to something like this:
[nolink] <a href="http://yourclient.site">Link to client site</a>Best regards,
RikardHey prana3stil,
Autoplay doesn’t work on mobile devices by default, but your fallback image should work of course. Are you running the latest version of the theme (4.4)? If not then please try to update: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. If that doesn’t work then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHey Aline,
Not by default no, but maybe you could try adding it to a widget? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/header/#adding-a-header-widget-area
Best regards,
RikardHey marcomila,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look. Also please try to specify exactly what is not working and how we can reproduce it.

RikardHey ichbinkeinroboter2412,
Please try this in your child theme functions.php file:
function ichbinkeinroboter2412_add_custom_code(){ ?> <script> var partnerScriptURL = “https://www.wo-meninbalance.de/registration”;</script> <script src=”https://www.wo-meninbalance.de/registration/js/partner.js” type=”text/javascript”></script> <?php } add_action('wp_head', 'ichbinkeinroboter2412_add_custom_code');Best regards,
RikardHey Marcel,
We’re a bit late already, but we are trying to have it available as soon as possible.

Thanks for that, though the login details are not working. Could you check and verify please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
If disabling those features works then yes, that would be the solution. You could experiment with what works and what doesn’t on your particular site. You also might have to use an optimisation plugin instead to see if you have better luck with a solution like that.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for your patience, we are trying to get it out as fast as possible.
Best regards,
RikardHey Karl,
I’m not sure I understand what you mean by that, could you post a screenshot of the problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHey ehdavies,
I think the easiest way of doing that would be to use an SEO plugin like Yoast?
Best regards,
RikardHey jaroljmek,
Please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode
Best regards,
RikardHi,
We haven’t finished the new version yet but we’re looking to have it available as soon as possible.
Best regards,
RikardHey Jonathan,
If elements are not showing when you use that feature then I think you will have to leave it off. This is still a new feature and we’re trying to make improvements to it. Maybe you will have better luck with an optimisation plugin?
Best regards,
RikardHey Valerie,
Could you post a link to where we can see the elements in question please?
Best regards,
RikardHey rjmckee7,
Do you mean that you only want to change the colour behind the menu, and not the whole area including the menu? If so you would need custom CSS for that.
Best regards,
