Hi paulohenrique,

Can you create a new thread and on the other thread please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
  ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

Hi mcdragon,

This should be implemented in the next update since the issue is confirmed and the solution is already provided by Günter.
For the meantime since the update isn’t released yet, you can follow the instruction and modify: enfold\config-templatebuilder\avia-shortcodes\contentslider\contentslider.php

We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid it’s out of the scope of our support.

But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/

This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)

The issue you’re having doesn’t have anything to do with bugs in Enfold theme but a feature you want to implement and would be out of the scope of our support.
Hiring a developer is highly suggested.

Hey Kevin,

I have checked into this and I don’t think this is a bug on the theme, since your site is missing the generated css from Enfold “avia-merged-styles-css”.
Can you try to update it to the latest version (4.4)? also please backup your site first before doing or make a stage site first.

Hi Tim,

I just checked again and it seems to use the desktop logo on mobile but when I cleared the cache in WP Rocket settings it shows the logo properly again.
For now I have checked Separate cache files for mobile devices which is found in Settings > WP Rocket > Cache > Mobile Cache.
Try to observe for sometime, if the issue returns, please uncheck Enable caching for mobile devices and Separate cache files for mobile devices.
If the issue still persists, I would suggest temporarily disabling the caching plugin since it’s causing the issue.

Hi Lisa,

I have checked it and the problem was the custom height which was set to 690px, I have reduced it to 470px.
Then for padding I changed it from small padding to huge padding and to make it look centered I have removed this code in Quick CSS:
```
#diagonal-section-home.avia-section .template-page.content {
    padding-top: 30px;
}
```

Hi manojvinod,

It would be best to move your modifications to the child theme, theme settings can be imported though files doesn’t. However later on if the theme version you’re using gets outdated you’ll have hard time updating it, since theme update will remove all modification on the parent theme.

But for now as a temporary solution, I could only suggest to make the modification directly to image.php instead of doing it in a child theme.

Where can we see this Cision-code?
Can you give us a screenshot?
I think it’s just flushing out the cache and deactivating Async JavaScript plugin was done.
Try activating the plugin again and check if it helps.

Hi Filipp,

I’m not really sure if there are other things since settings should be similar and server related things.
Most likely it’s the plugin, layerslider or if you use a child theme, if there are codes that are deprecated, that should cause the issue.
If nothing helps, please give us admin access to both sites so we can check both and compare.
Just post the details in private content. Hope this helps.

As for the logo on mobile it should be fixed now, I have tested it and it’s a caching issue.
I noticed on mobile the problem only appears when you’re not logged in.

Thanks for giving us access again.
The first issue is fixed, and another issue spotted was js errors and layerslider not working but is also fixed by deactivating this plugin: Async JavaScript
As for mobile view, it’s fixed, if it’s not fixed on your end, please try to clear the browser cache if that doesn’t help, please give us a screenshot.

Hi Andy,

You can use Google Web Inspector or Firebug to check the selector.
As for making the size bigger, try using this code:
```
#header .sub-menu .avia-bullet {
    border-width: 6px !important;
    border-right-width: 0 !important;
}
```
The default is 3px, just adjust the border width value as you need.

Have you set this to boxed layout before?
The boxed layout prevents content inside from having a fullwidth.
Switching it to a Stretched Layout should fix the issue.
