Yes that’s more or less like it, Enfold’s contact form provides basic functionalities, contact form 7 is more powerful and advanced since that plugin is focused only in forms.
As for the mail in the spam folder, the from email address is fetched from the email address submitted in the form but there is already a ticket submitted for this issue and our devs are already working on it.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Hi peterolle,

The text/visual editor in Enfold is using WordPress’ editor.
When there’s space in your visual editor, wordpress adds those extra html tags.
You can test this by using a default wordpress theme and the default classic editor.

just adjust the bottom and right values as you see fit.

In your section setting, I think you have set Section Minimum Height to Custom height in pixel, please change it to No minimum height, use content within section to define Section height.
Then set Section Padding to No Padding.
If the padding on top needs to be adjusted, try adding this css code in Quick CSS:

.home #av_section_1 {
    padding-top: 40px;
}
