Can you give us a copy of the font so we can test it?
You can upload it to dropbox, https://ufile.io/ or anywhere and give us the link to download it.
Just post it in private content.Best regards,
NikkoHi Joaquim de Paulo,
Thanks for contacting us!
Since you are using Enfold 4.5.7, theme updates on that version uses API keys however Envato/ThemeForest have transitioned from using API keys to update into using tokens thus you can’t update via API keys so to update to the latest version you’ll need to do the manual process, please follow the procedure below once you have purchased Enfold:
Backup your site:
– Site Backup: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/backup-wordpress-site/
– Theme Settings Backup: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/backup-theme-settings/Then do the following steps:
1. Login to ThemeForest and download the Enfold theme, right-click over the downloaded zip file and extract/unzip it.
2. It should generate a new folder, open it and look for the enfold folder
3. Right-click the enfold folder then zip it, here’s a tutorial on how to create a zip file in windows: https://www.howtogeek.com/668409/how-to-zip-and-unzip-files-on-windows-10/ (this should create enfold.zip
4. Log in to WordPress as and Admin.
5. Install and activate a maintenance plugin and put your site in Maintenance mode.
6. Go to Appearance > Themes, switch to a default WordPress theme like TwentyTwenty then delete Enfold.
7. Click on the ADD NEW button.
8. Click on the UPLOAD THEME button.
9. Click BROWSE and choose enfold.zip file
10. Click the INSTALL NOW button and switch to Enfold or your child theme.
11. Remove the maintenance mode then deactivate and remove the maintenance plugin.Register the theme by following the instructions in https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Once this is done, the next time you update, you’ll only need to go to Enfold > Theme Updates and click on the Update button.Best regards,

I tried to login with the credentials you gave however it did not work, please check.
I could see a js error in the web console, can you try to go to Enfold > Performance > Javascript file merging and compression set to Disable – no Javascript file merging and compressionBest regards,
NikkoHi PIT,
There’s no option for that.
I would suggest using a code block, then give us the link to that page and we’ll try to give you a CSS code to make it look like the Enfold Contact Form.Best regards,
NikkoHey leahmessina,

NikkoJanuary 15, 2021 at 9:33 am in reply to: Enfold js errors: hamburger menu, plus other items not working #1272629Hi Rod Rice,
Yes, it’s a temporary solution (which is recommended by WordPress) and the fix should be coming from Enfold (next release which is estimated to be released next week or at the end of the month).

Thanks for providing the screenshot.
I have checked for the footer image and it seems to be coming from a different domain (link in private content) and when checking on it, the link requires username and password before you can view the image. Please try to re-upload the image on your site (current domain).Best regards,

NikkoHi AlainTernet,
Yes, unfortunately, Google Maps isn’t free anymore.
You can check this article: https://www.metizsoft.com/blog/google-maps-are-not-free-anymore
Or you can check the pricing from google’s site: https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/pricing/Best regards,
NikkoHi Maite,
Thanks for giving us admin and FTP access.
I would suggest a troubleshooting step you can do to find out which file in your child theme is causing the issue (make sure any caching is off)
Do these steps in your child theme:
1. Change all the file extensions of the PHP files (except for functions.php) to .bup (for example footer.php to footer.bup) then check if the images show up.
2. If it gets fixed, follow 2a, if not follow 2b.
2a. Try to change the file extension back to .php, do this one by one, and check to know which one is causing the issue.
2b. Comment out all of the codes in functions.php and check.
3. If it gets fixed, uncomment each block of code to know which one is causing the issue.
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi Solf,
Thanks for providing the link, please try adding this CSS code in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS:
#top .av-portfolio-grid-sorting-container .flex_column { padding: 20px; }Just change the 20px value :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi ekam520,

NikkoHi daves1997,

NikkoHi daves1997,
This is now fixed.
The reason why it’s not working on the child theme is that the Disable jQuery Migrate option in Enfold > Performance is turned on.Best regards,
NikkoHi virtualcom91,
You’re welcome :)
Since the error showing in the web console is 403 forbidden and it was resolved by turning off the mod_security and you also mentioned it was working before then your server/hosting provider most likely have made some restrictions that prevented layout builder from working.
Just let us know if you need further assistance :)Best regards,

NikkoJanuary 14, 2021 at 4:34 pm in reply to: How to adjust background color and styling of blog filter options? #1272447Hi jorisbl,
Try adding this code:
.html_header_sidebar .logo { width: 80%; margin: 0 10%; }Just adjust the width value (80%) and margin.
The 10% in margin represents left and right margin (so it’s 80% logo, left and right space is 10%, which is 100% overall, just adjust the value as you see fit).Best regards,

NikkoHi daves1997,
Are you currently working on the site?
I was trying to find the cause of the missing image issue however the plugins were suddenly removed from the site.
I’m currently using the File Manager plugin in order to access the files.Best regards,
