#top div.woocommerce-error a.button, #top div.woocommerce-message a.button { background: rgba(0,0,0,0.5); }Hope it helps.

- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days

No worries and you’re welcome :)
Just let us know if you need further assistance.Best regards,
NikkoHi KMC DC,
Thanks for giving us the link you can hide it using this pattern .page-id-xx #id where xx is the ID of the page and the id after # is the ID or Custom ID Attribute of the section or element, in the link you gave here’s an example code:
.page-id-18488 #footer { display: none; }Hope you’ll find this helpful.
Best regards,
NikkoHi John,
No worries.
The cancel button in confirm should just return null and won’t do anything.
Here’s some link that might be helpful: https://javascript.info/alert-prompt-confirm
Can you give us steps on how we can replicate this on our end?Best regards,
NikkoApril 29, 2021 at 5:25 am in reply to: Top header stays transparent when scolling unlike demo site #1297251Hi Jason,
Please check as well if it has sufficient permission:
- View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
- View your Envato account username
- View your email address
- View your account profile details
- Download your purchased items
- Verify purchases of your item
- List purchases you’ve made
If even with sufficient permission it does not work, please try to do the following steps instead:
Make a backup:
– Site Backup: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/backup-wordpress-site/
– Theme Settings Backup: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/backup-theme-settings/Update Enfold Theme
Option 1: Use Envato Market to update your site
– link: https://envato.com/market-plugin/Option 2: Update manually
1. Login to ThemeForest and download the Enfold theme, right-click over the downloaded zip file and extract/unzip it.
2. It should generate a new folder, open it and look for the enfold folder
3. Right-click the enfold folder then zip it, here’s a tutorial on how to create a zip file in windows: https://www.howtogeek.com/668409/how-to-zip-and-unzip-files-on-windows-10/ (this should create enfold.zip
4. Log in to WordPress as and Admin.
5. Install and activate a maintenance plugin and put your site in Maintenance mode.
6. Go to Appearance > Themes, switch to a default WordPress theme like TwentyTwenty then delete Enfold.
7. Click on the ADD NEW button.
8. Click on the UPLOAD THEME button.
9. Click BROWSE and choose enfold.zip file
10. Click the INSTALL NOW button and switch to Enfold or your child theme.
11. Remove the maintenance mode then deactivate and remove the maintenance plugin.Register the theme by following the instructions in https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Once this is done, the next time you update, you’ll only need to go to Enfold > Theme Updates and click on the Update button.Best regards,
NikkoHi Paul,
Thanks for the screenshot.
The theme update is located in Enfold > Theme Updates however it won’t work anymore because API keys are not used anymore and replaced with Envato token.
As for the styling it should still be preserved at least most of it.
Please try to update theme as listed below and make sure to have a backup first:Make a backup:

Once this is done, the next time you update, you’ll only need to go to Enfold > Theme Updates and click on the Update button.Best regards,
NikkoHi Meike,
We’re glad to hear that :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi Paul,
The order for 1 and 2 depends on how old is the Enfold version.
If it’s too old then I think you have it in the correct order since the latest version of the Enfold Theme supports older WordPress versions and PHP versions.
If the version is not too old then it does not really matter if you do 1-2-3 or 2-1-3.Best regards,
NikkoHi Michael,
Thanks for contacting us!
You’ll need to edit the Contact Form on the page: Content > Security > Contact Form Captcha set to Use Google reCAPTCHA V2 if activated or Use Google reCAPTCHA V3 if activated (fallback is V2)
Hope this helps.Best regards,

What version of Enfold are you using?

NikkoApril 28, 2021 at 4:32 pm in reply to: License key / purchase code is not valid when activating in WordPress admin #1297188Hi bastiendufour,
You’ll need to generate a token from envato/themeforest which you can use to register the theme.
For further information, please check our documentation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/Best regards,
NikkoHi Valerie,
It seems to work properly, the height of the header is 175px and you have set the max-height of the logo to 175px, I was actually expecting the header to be higher than the max-height of the logo.
I believe we have a misunderstanding on what you’re trying to accomplish, can you try to give us a mockup or screenshot of what you’re trying to achieve, so we can try to adjust the code based on it.Best regards,
NikkoApril 28, 2021 at 4:19 pm in reply to: How can I change the order of loading fonts? Do you have some hooks or filters ? #1297184Hi Cornelius,
You’re welcome and yes it will be overwritten during a theme update.
We’ll be requesting a filter for it.Best regards,
NikkoHi Sean,
I tried doing it like this which works fine:
/#newsletter (goes to Newsletter section in the homepage located at the bottom)
/bookings/#newsletter (goes to Newsletter section in the bookings page located at the bottom)Best regards,
NikkoHi karel,
Thanks for the link, can you try adding this CSS code in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS (just change the color value):
#top .avia-icon-list .iconlist_icon { background-color: blue; }Hope this helps.

NikkoApril 28, 2021 at 3:57 pm in reply to: Top header stays transparent when scolling unlike demo site #1297177Hi Jason,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
It seems it does not add or remove this class in the header: av_header_transparency which is responsible for the transparency of the background.
I don’t see any js error however I think it has some incompatibility between your current version of Enfold (4.7.4) which has some incompatibilities with the latest version of WordPress.
I believe the issue will be fixed by updating Enfold to the latest version (4.8.2) then flushing out cache.
Please update the theme to the latest version and make sure to have a backup first.
Since you have a lot of plugins you may want to test it out with a staging site first before doing it on a live site.Best regards,
NikkoApril 28, 2021 at 1:15 pm in reply to: Theme Editor option under Appearance has disappeared in Enfold 4.8.2 #1297163Hi stoneroad,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
Disabling of Theme Editor was caused by one of the settings in iThemes Security.
I have enabled the Theme Editor by going to Security > Settings > WordPress Tweaks > File Editor, then uncheck Disable File EditorBest regards,
NikkoHi Joe,
The black header in the mobile version is caused by this code:
.responsive #top #main { padding-top: 75px !important; }it’s inside this media query:
@media only screen and (max-width:767px) {I have already commented it out.
As for the sticky submenu, please refer to Ismael’s answer in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/force-fullwidth-sub-menu-to-be-sticky-on-mobile/

NikkoHi adanari,

NikkoHi Alex,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have compared the published version vs the preview version by putting the preview version on top of the published and the text alignment is actually correct though the image is adjusted (see screenshot in private content).
The Slide (beside Preview and Layer) should be clicked in order to see its preview properly.Best regards,
NikkoHi Reto,
No worries, the login credentials have already expired, please reset it.

NikkoApril 27, 2021 at 4:00 pm in reply to: How can I change the order of loading fonts? Do you have some hooks or filters ? #1297027Hi Cornelius,
Thanks for pointing it out.
I apologize for pointing the incorrect file, it’s actually wp-content > themes > enfold > framework > php > font-management > class-avia-type-fonts.php (go to line 1037 based on Enfold 4.8.2):$css .= implode( ",\r\n ", $urls );then replace it with this code:
$css .= implode( ",\r\n ", array_reverse($urls) );Then re-upload the font again and you should see it in the order that you want.
Unfortunately, the solution would require tweaking the parent theme.
Let us know if this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi Joe,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
The reason why it’s showing like that is because of this code in Quick CSS:#header_main { background: black !important; }I have commented it out so it will not execute that code.
As for the login issues, can you try to change password via phpmyadmin (database): https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-reset-a-wordpress-password-from-phpmyadmin/
Best regards,
