The related post on the bottom of a post is not showing.

I have checked Enfold settings and both “Post Navigation” and “Related posts” are on.

Please some help to solve this issue.

    Hi RubenHD,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,

I already created a use for you guys at support…

    Credentials access in private content.

    Thank you.

    Hi RubenHD,

We apologize for the delayed response.
The reason why Related Posts are not showing on your other posts is because there’s no Tags (Etiquetas) just add similar tags to posts that are related and it should show up.

    Best regards,

    Hi Nikko,

There is no chance to use also categories to relate posts?

    Hi RubenHD,

There’s a way however the requirement is to use a child theme.
You can download it and find further instructions in:
Then inside the child theme create a folder named includes and inside that folder create a file called related-posts.php then paste this code inside it:
    Hope it helps.

    Best regards,
