Yes. I tried this and I also cleared the server cache too.
@aussie_jason Many thanks for the reply. I think you are right about this. I found out I can manually update PHP through cPanel (which is new to me – shock, I know) so will try this option. Hope you get you’re own thread sorted :)
Hi Guys,
Sorry to barge in on this one, but I was about to report the same issue, but searched the forum first. I have many sites (some old, some new) and moved them all recently to SiteGround. All are running PHP 7.0 and the Siteground SG Optimizer provides the following message in the dashboard: You website doesn’t run on the recommended by SiteGround PHP version. When I go to the SG Optimizer and run the check, i get the same error message:

If this code does not exist, what is the best way to update to php 7.1?
Should we delete the theme and upload it again? (I have a child theme installed)Many thanks,
HHey Rikard,
Thanks for the quick reply. This is a strange one. If I open an Incognito Chrome Tab, I do not see the issue. I do however, see the issue with Internet Explorer 11 Version 11.0.9600.18537 and a normal Chrome Tab.
My version of Chrome is – Version 66.0.3359.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)
I have taken a screenshot so you can see it as I (and more importantly, my client) see it. https://imgur.com/a/vAujk7G
Hope this helps,I have provided Admin Access below in private if this helps.
Thanks man!
Hi Victoria,
Ah, so it does. Apologies for my misunderstanding of this function. However, it does not explain the inconsistency. Sure, my original site has to be stretched to 3000px (for example) where my new site shows this space at 1920 (for example). No worries, I will work around it.
H
Hi, sorry, this seems a bit inconsistent. I have tried a number of other page links and some are OK (most). Below is a Page that will not show in the widget, and I have no idea why. It is a verified page:
Hi, this seems a bug. Changing the FB link to anything other than the default does not work. I know FB have made some API changes in the last couple of days. Please can you investigate this on a new install?
Thanks @Yigit
This may help temporarily, but I have a number of these to do. I was not inserting them as a widget but using the Code Element. However the same issue applies if inserting as a widget.
I have 5 of these to do so that’s manually editing code.
@Basilis you don’t really need a website surely, if you just pasted the code into one of your test sites, you will be able to replicate the issue?
I have inserted the code on 5 different sites. 4.1.2 it works fine. The latest version (and one before that) shows the problem.H

Image link. My attempt didn’t work.
Hi Ismael, thanks for the reply. I DONT want to hide it, but I don’t want it at the top of my post page. It is appearing at the top, even though I put the shortcode in a text element at the bottom of the ALB layout. (I tried the Code element too, same result).
I will have to remove it if I can’t fix it by Monday as I am wanting it to go live then. I just want it the You may also Like section at the bottom of my blog article not the top.
Thanks,

November 9, 2017 at 4:14 pm in reply to: The Google Analytics tracking code on your site looks malformed. #874739I’ve done this previously with all my other sites, it just seems to be this one that won’t verify and I’m really stuck in trying to sort it out.
It does say the tracking code on the site looks “malformed” but I have copy / pasted it again into the Enfold area.H
November 9, 2017 at 1:48 pm in reply to: How to change Icon Colour without changing the rest of my site colour scheme #874641Perfect. Thanks @Rikard
It would be great if the option was in the user interface :)
Hi @Ismael
I’ll put all the details, Admin access etc in the private details below. Thanks in advance.
H
Hi @Ismael,
I was just looking for this solution and found this post. I have tried this, adding the code to functions.php of my child theme and then inserting the shortcode in a text block – however the ‘you might also like’ appears at the top of the post?H
Under main Enfold Settings, Goto Blog Layout.
In this section, you have a number of options,
The first is for Blog Styling (Default (Business), Elegant | Modern Business)
Below this is what you want:
Blog Layout (Single Author, small preview Pic,Multi Author etc.)
Pick the “use the advance layout”
You can then create your own layout and add your banner.Hope this helps.
HOctober 31, 2017 at 1:09 am in reply to: Home page not displaying correctly after 4.2 theme update #870679I’m not sure @jordan realised the word Home is actually a link to your website. It seems pretty obvious there is a problem, but I don’t know how to help, sorry.
October 31, 2017 at 12:52 am in reply to: The Google Analytics tracking code on your site looks malformed. #870673Hey @Rikard,
I also have the same issue. Never encountered this problem before, but this is the only site I have tried with Enfold Version 4.2.
It was working fine all set up with Enfold 4.1.2 and https://mywebsite.com
I upgraded to Enfold 4.2 and then changed the WP Address and Site Address to https://www.mywebsite.comNot sure if that helps any?
H(sorry, just to add to this. The verification error I get is when trying to connect Webmaster Tools by verifying through my Google Analytics account. So it may not even be Enfold, but I had no issues yesterday when doing the same with a V4.2.1 Enfold site)

September 9, 2017 at 1:22 am in reply to: Please read – Regarding Wordfence LayerSlider warning on Enfold 4.0.3 #849783I moved to Sucuri instead of Wordfence after my hosting company suggested Wordfence was not good on their shared cloud platform.
No silly warning now lol.
I have to admit, that I only have one site now (an old one) where I have Layslider in use. With all the updates Enfold has provided since then, I never have the need and customers are not willing to spend money on real fancy sliders. The basic fullwidth slider within Enfold work great.
Perhaps it is the time to de-couple LS from the default install and have it as an option?Perfect, thanks so much and sorry I missed this one searching the Forum.
Is it me, or does Enfold just keep getting better and better?H
Hi team,
Just before posting this, I read a user comment about the suggestion of Paid Premium support as he was frustrated at the time of responses.
I have always found the support most excellent for Enfold, but I am now questioning why there are over 200 support issues since mine that have been dealt with and mine has not. ( just answered one of them to hopefully compensate for my bumping this one).I don’t like to bump posts and am a patient guy, but I have a customer wanting to sell their t-shirts and I am holding them up. :)
I hope you can help soon.
Many thanks
HTo answer your question 1. Yes, there is the option to add (duplicate) the menu item again so users can click it. It would add About Us as a smaller link under the About Us main heading when users click the top level.
Hope that helps. Sorry, not sure about 2.Sure @Mike
Thanks.Hey @Victoria,
Well, that explains it then. Thank you for letting me know. My screen resolution is 1920 x 1080.
In Chrome I see 6 columns and Firefox 5 columns. If i reduce the zoom in firefox from 100% to 90%, indeed I see 6 columns.
Thanks,
HHi guys,
Sorry to pester, but could someone take a look at this? I want to remove the icon from the menu, but do wish for you to see the problem with it on the mobile menu so you could help add some spacing to it. Also the spacing of the phone icon in the top header when viewing the mobile version.
Many thanks,
HHi guys,
I have this exact same issue. It’s not a huge problem really, but it just looks odd.
I am using the latest Version of Enfold, 4.1.2 and WP 4.8Please feel free to take a look, details in private below.
This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private.Hi guys,
I know you are all busy with 4.1 issues, but I see that 4.1.2 is available through the Enfold dashboard but there is no mention of what is in 4.1.2 here (in the changelog forum topic) or on Themeforest. It would be nice to know what’s been fixed / changed before updating.
Keep up the great work!
Thanks,
HThanks @Victoria I will take a look. ALSO, please see private message below…
Thanks for the clarification @Nikko
