    Dear Victoria,
I now did the Update in the PHP Version: php5.6.3

More over I installed and activated the plugin “Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File”
Then I tried to install again the newest version of Enfold by clicking on > DESIGN > Install Theme : but when i Want to upload the “enfold.zip”-data it does not work and it s always cancelled.

What can I do to get the new version of ENFOLD installed?

    Best regards

in reply to: Footer Tablet View #1053579

    Dear Victoria,
this is the footer. This is organized via the widgets. Here I can not insert grid-rows or similar. Is not there a way in which I can css the footer only for the tablet optimize? Or another good option?

the footer is displayed correctly on the computer: see screenshot: https://www.alcahestpharma.com/support/View_computer.png

However, if you look at the website on the tablet (i-pad) the footer slips in its presentation:

    Hello Mike,

many thanks for your response. Yes, I tried to solve it with the Classic Editor.
But now I have another problem: The customer who bought the license from ENfold himself has sent me a TOKEN (see private data). However, when I enter this at ENFOLD I always get an error message: see text below.
What can I do? Where is the mistake?
Thank you for the processing and best regards
    Diana

    Here is the error message:
Last time we checked the token we were not able to connect to Envato:

    Dear Vinay,

Thank you first for your answer.
to point 2 and 3: I have now integrated here the two specified scripts in the QUICK CSS form. Unfortunately, the page view is unchanged.
Could you please take another look and tell me at which point I need to improve?
It concerns the following two points: http://bs-architekten.de/support/support_02.pdf and http://bs-architekten.de/support/support_03.pdf

    Many Thanks!
    Best regards Diana Steib

in reply to: Footer Line above #1032355

    Dear Victoria
Enclosed I send you a picture template in which I have presented the two desired changes: http://bs-architekten.de/support/01_Footer-Line-Menu.jpg

    1. Menu: The right navigation point “KONTAKT” is now completely aligned with the contents shown below (picture)
    2. Footer: The line above the footer is now just as long as the line above the socket area and no longer protrudes like it is currently in the website (right and left): bs-architekten.de/NEU/

    Thanks and best regards
    Diana

in reply to: Alignment content #1032351

    Dear Mike
Thanks for the script. Yes, that’s how I imagined it and it works very well for the HOME page.
However, I would like this setting for every subpage. For example, if you click on another menu item such as “Acupuncture” or “Macrobiotics”, this script setting does not work because it only refers to the HOME page.
How can I achieve this for all pages of the website?
    Best regards and best thanks!
    Diana

in reply to: Alignment content #1032224

    Dear Mike,

Thanks for the script. I’ve tried it, but this script achieves that the logo and navigation move to the left.
I do not want to do that though, as I find the distance between navigation and logo to the left outer margin very good.
Rather, I want the content of the website to adapt to this imaginary edge. > see screenshot 1: http://tcmpraxis-carrau.de/support/support_01.pdf
How can I set the distance in the content area to this edge?
Thank you for your processing and best regards
    Diana

in reply to: Content Alignement #1031849

    Dear Victoria,

i already us the boxed layout! Please have a look at the screenshots I added to understand my current problem
    Here again my request.

I am currently working on a Webist with the following link: http://bs-architekten.de/NEU/team/
In doing so, I would like all contents to be displayed right- and left-aligned (see Home page: http://bs-architekten.de/NEU/ Image and content close right and left in a line).
However, I do not manage to configure the elements on the team page so that they do not exceed the edge:
    1. the top element: http://bs-architekten.de/support/support_01.pdf: on the left the placement fits, but on the right side the picture dominates the edge
    2. the middle element: http://bs-architekten.de/support/support_02.pdf here the content dominates right and left
    3. http://bs-architekten.de/support/support_03.pdf here the picture towers over the imaginary line as well

How can I achieve a consistent alignment on the right and left by css or another setting?

Thank you and best regards Diana Loola

    Dear Victoria,

the script works so far (https://www.osmosis.de/NEU/) . I hope there are no further problems as you wrote that this “is not ideal”.
please let me know if I have to take care about something more.

    Good morning Mike,

many thanks for the help. There is only one small thing concerning the submenu: Since I had to change the names of the categories again and the word “PARK” has shortened, now I have the problem that the next menu item “BILDUNG” is displayed next to it and not below it!
How can I make the submenu items all appear among each other, so that the word “BILDUNG” is displayed by “PARK”?
    Thanks again!
    Greetings Diana

in reply to: fullscreen slider button #1025274

    Good morning Victoria,

Thank you for the note with the overlap.
Now I’ve placed the button to the right and it works now too.
Unfortunately, I do not like the fact that the button is faded in with every little slide with a little animation. How can I disable this? The button should simply appear without moving first.
    Thank you for your support!

in reply to: sub navigation left position #1022641

    Dear Mike,

Thank you for the script, I added it in the Quick CSS and I removed the indication” line-height: 2.0em;”.
Despite the new script, the main and subnavigation is still displayed differently: https://www.osmosis.de/NEU/
At the moment the subnavigation shows a better presentation than the main navigation. How can I achieve that both are represented the same (as the subnaviation)?
    Best regards Diana

in reply to: sub navigation left position #1022017

    Good Morning Mike,
I would like that the box in the main menu and submenu is the same size. For the main menu I set the line-height: 2.0em in css. I think that this configuration is responsible for the height of the boxes in the main menu. However, this script does not seem to apply to the submenu, here the box is larger, which I do not understand.
How can I achieve via css, that the boxes of main menu and submenu are the same size?
I hope I could now explain the facts understandable.
    Greetings Diana

in reply to: sub navigation left position #1021479

Oh no, I just saw that I made an incorrect entry in the last post when making the request: all menu items should show the height of the main navigation (and not as indicated by mistake in the submenu). For the main menu I have defined a line-height: 2.0em. However, he does not accept this setting for the submenu. How can I customize the submenu?
Thank you and best regards Diana

in reply to: sub navigation left position #1021477

    Hi Mike,

Now I have another concern regarding the submenu.
how can I achieve that the boxes of the main menu have the same size (height) as the submenu. At the moment the main menu is narrower and the submenu boxes are higher (see screenshot https://www.osmosis.de/support/nav.pdf). However, the boxes should all be the same height, the height of the submenu. How can I achieve this?

    Best regards and many thanks

whoow cool, now the subnavigation is perfect! Thanks alot!

in reply to: navigation bar transparent #1014584

    Good morning Mike,

Thank you for the further support.
The script with the definition of the button length works very well! Many Thanks

    To the previous second point:
    Unfortunately, adding the script “top: 50px! Important;” to the # menu-item-3422 – as suggested – unfortunately no effect. So now I have the supplement “margin-top: 50px;” inserted: .avia-menu.av-main-nav-wrap ul li ul li # menu-item-3584 {max-width: 130px! important; height: 22px! important; margin-top: 50px! important;}
    That works now.

Basically, there is still a big problem with the submenu:
Even though I have already adjusted the height of the submenu items to 24px in the css, they still appear in a different, much larger height and, above all, overlap themselves: see screenshot: https://osmosis.de/support/screen4.pdf

Where does this overlap and the height of the submenu items come from?
    Thanks and best regards
    Diana
