you could work with a color section where you insert a custom background image, to be able to produce parallax effect. But not sure if that’s really what you want to achieve. Without an example of the result, it’s quite difficult to imagine what you mean. However, there is no easy way to achieve parallax effect wherever you want on your website. Maybe there is a plugin out there for you with such a function, but have never heard of any one like this to be honest.

a plugin or any other customizations might cause this issue. Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :).
Also remove any custom code you’re using to make sure non is causing this issue.

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

Also try to contact your host about it. Maybe they could make sure that uploading/saving time is long enough on your server.

unfortunately not every plugin is compatible with every WP theme and if the plugin you’re using does not work smoothly, then I would contact plugin’s author for support. If they can’t help you, then best to go for another plugin.

soweit ich gesehen habe, hast du den Code zweimal bei dir drin. Musst also alle beide Male entfernen. Browser Cache leeren und einige male hard refresh hinterher.
