    Hey Ismael, thanks for the response.

    I implemented the code you suggested, which did fix the blog previews and the buttons, although the menu issue did not change. Suggestions?

    Also, I discovered a few more issues:

    – The header logo is stretched vertically

    – The ‘You Might Also Like’ images on blog posts are stretched vertically

    – The ‘Special Heading’ font is a bit too big/wide and makes several titles stretch into the sidebar, is there a way to reduce the size of these on IE 8 only?

    – Most of the icons from the included icon font do not work and appear as 2 tiny rectangles

    – My sidebar forms all seem to stretch off the page

    – Images in the ‘Recent Posts’ widget only take up a portion of the image holder box

    – Links in the footer are randomly underlined and not underlined

    – Images on the ‘Meet the Team’ page go white/disappear on hover

    EDIT: Also, it seems that the buttons no longer have hover effects, in IE8 or Firefox/Chrome/Safari/etc. Is there a way to get those working again?

    Hopefully all of these items are fixable, as a majority of my company uses IE8.

    Hello Devin,

    i will try to explain it more detailed. When you watch at the portfolio images at ”Arbeiten” (the small ones which are in the protfolio grid) on a 13 Macbook when they just show up, they will look for a milli second sharp an crisp. After the images are completely loaded you will recognize that they get slightly blurred (you can see it when you refresh the browser and concentrate on the thin lines)

    But when i watch the same grid on a 27 Cinema Display everything looks quite fine. The Big Gallery images are 765 x 400 px and setted on ”no scaling”. I just dont understand why the images loose quality through the responsiveness. I tried many sizes, reuploaded many different sizes, tryed to change the parameters in the functions.php but nothing helped…The strangest thing about it that you can see that the crisp images are there but just for not even a second. Its like wordpress adds a fine blurry filter over the images after the grid is completely loaded!?

    Right now i really don’t know what else to do to reach the highest quality as possible. It would be very nice to have the images in the same quality like i save them in photoshop, on all monitor sizes.

    Do you have any idea? Thanks a lot!

    My website is on a dev machine, so I don’t have a public link to give you at the moment.

    I already installed that plugin and nothing looks different when I regenerate.

    When I do the featured image, it doesn’t look like it does on the Enfold theme because it never crops.

    Hi There,

    I purchased the Enfold Template recently and love it! It is so easy to customise and love all the features included. I just have a small issue with Woo Commerce plugin. When I try to edit any pages when the plugin is activated, all I have no access to the Layout builder. It just spools and spools. Also, when I go into the new product section it won’t let me add any images or details. I’m not sure if this is something you have come across or if it is a Woo Commerce issue. Any help would be appreciated.

    After editing and updating a home page, I get the error No Data Received. The Error code is ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

    I’ve disabled all plugins and this didn’t help. I can duplicate the error by editing a page.

    I am attempting to modify the appearance of Post pages, and was hoping you could help… Here’s what I’m looking to do:

    1) Remove the hover/enlarge effects when hovering over post header/featured images.

    2) Increase the size of post titles.

    3) Disable the next/last slideout tabs on the left and right side of the page.

    Just to note, we’ve realised that when using browser shots whoever takes the screengrabs does a poor job as some of the content that we thought was at first missing might now be absent due to how the screen grabs have been stitched together on long pages, as we can see multiple scrollbars in the images.

    Think we just need someone to test the site layout and verify it works as I think the missing bg elements on iconboxes in IE8 may be caused by us using RGB colour values which I believe aren’t supported?

    Sorry about this and any help would be greatly appreciated as we want to go live, but just need to be sure it works ok.

    Hi Swami Trika,

    This is the intended effect. To keep it working responsively the slider adapts to its container so you would need to use a column element to keep the slider at a specific width.

    The images inside of it adapt to their container as well which is the easy slider container.

    On Advance Layout Builder > Layout Element, insert the Color Section element. Upload an image with 1500x1000px size, actual image size on the demo.

    Background Image Position: Center Center

    Background Repeat: Stretch to fit

    Background Attachment: Fixed

    Hello,

    I am using portfolio 3 columns and portfolio thumbnail size of 300px X 200px (uploaded as featured image by creating single portfolio).

    But the portfolio page resize the tumbnail to 341px (width). At the option “Select custom image size”, I set “No scaling”. The original size of the featured images are 300px x 200px.

    I won’t, that the portfolio grid resizes the featured image.

    What can I do?

    Hello, I’m trying to make a landing-page.

    Until right now: no-header, no-footer, I put a color-section and within 2 columns. In a text and in another form.

    Below I have put a picture with the plugin “background manager” that works very well (scalable, responsive, effects, etc).

    Would want the color to be transparent section so it would look the background image, and also remove the lines above and below.

    I’ve tried with an image repeat 1px transparent in the properties of the section but it looks all white ….: (

    I like to apply too styles only to this page.

    You can tell me how to change this?

    Maybe the attachment ids changed somehow. Please check if the attachment ids exist in the database (827, 815, 816, etc.).

    1.) All the gallery images are showing, it takes time. I suggest you upgrade your domain service plan to speed up the page load. You can also use cdn, caching plugin, minify plugins and optmize images to increase page loads.

    2.) Remove the height, use this instead:

    What you will probably need to do is create a custom page template and add the html directly into the php file. See: http://codex.wordpress.org/Page_Templates

    You can use the regular page.php file as your base for the new template and just add in your html in place of or before/after this code:

    The thumbnail for the News widget should be automatically created. Try to regenerate the thumbnails using this:

    The image is added using the Add Featured Media.

    Update: I can get new image layers to show up, but when I add a new layer, choose H1 (or paragraph), it doesn’t show on my web page. It shows fine in the preview, though. I can’t figure out what the glitch is…please advise.

    – Some kind of carousel slider for images/content (I may have seen that already mentioned)

    – Clients shortcode

    Could not be happier with it anyhow though!
