Hi,
I have used the fullscreen slider on my homepage. It looks fine on my ipad and mac but on some other computer and devices it’s horrible. My slides appear cut so you cannot see the message on them and the title and legend and button appear in the center of the image. It’s not professional…
Is it not responsive? Can I make it responsive??you can see it here:

As far as I know this is the only thing Kriesi uses to help the load out of the demo: http://wordpress.org/plugins/bwp-minify/
With not using LayerSlider it shouldn’t be impacting the front end load time. Other than that its the standard things like keeping your image sizes small and that should put you at a good point without any issues on load times.

It basically imports the YouTube image, sets it as the featured image, and embeds the video in the Video Embed Code.
How can I include the featured image at /blog and if clicked on, it goes to the post which displays the embed?
Topic: Enfold Sections
Hi
I have been trying to split a section into 5 parts.This is ok if I want 5 individual 1 fifth columns.
What I have been trying to do is have a 1 fifth column to the left and a 1 fifth column to the right with a 3 fifths column in the centre. The total makes 5 fifths but you can’t make a 3 fifths column
When you expand a 1 fifth column it goes to 1 quarter, 1 3rd, 1 half instead of expanding to 2 fifths, 3 fifths, 4 fifths etc
You can do 2 single quarter columns and a 1 half column but not 2 single 1 fifth columns and a single 3 fifths column.
Am I right or am I doing something wrong?
The reason I am trying to break the section into 5 is because the left and right single 1 fifth columns have slim portfolio images in them. They are to slim for quarter columns. You can’t fit a 2 3rds column in the middle and the 1 half column is not wide enough. To much space between the content where as a 3 fifths column would have fit perfect
Is there a way to achieve this or do I have to make my images square and use 2 quarter columns left and right and a centre 1 half column

I have some simple text and an image on a page that I created in the “Advanced Layout Editor”. When I click the “Default Editor” button, I do not see any of my content. Yet when I go back to the Advanced Editor, I can see the content.
What can I do to correct this?

Topic: Border-color overrwriten
Hi,
I am using some custom CSS to add borders in few places accross my blog. The main issue is that if I add any border with a specific color, the color is replaced by rgb(170, 170, 170); It is not overrwriten by another rule, but in my rule where I have placed #aaa, a perviously mentioned color is placed. Again switching of all plugins does not help. Any idea how to fix it?

Hi, I have upgraded WordPress to 3.8.1 and downloaded the most recent version of Enfold. I still seem to be having problems with my Portfolio Categories. When I add a new category, it does not appear – only the original categories are working. Am I missing something?

I recently installed the WooCommerce Sold Out Products plug-in. I can see the badge for brief moment before the product image covers it.
The plugin author has suggested that the enfold theme seems to be overriding the shop loop template and that I should contact you to make sure that there is a woocommerce_before_shop_loop_item_title action in there as this is used to display the sold out badge on a product.
Another poster on that subject suggested that adding woocommerce_before_shop_loop_item_title to the content-product.php template would fix the problem, but I don’t see a content-product.php file to add that bid of code to.
Can you help?

Hi!
The image you posted is missing. Please check the image url. It doesn’t really mean 100%, it will only adjust the height of the color section to a certain height. It will not look the same on different screens with different resolution. You can use the Fullscreen Slider if you really want a natural full screen section.

thank for you advice. So i have been through the Guitar lessons page at http://www.musikzentrale.net/unterricht/gitarre/, which consists mainly of color sections stacked on one another, only “coding” it contains are dropcaps in the text, but they are set properly.
All other sections contains an image and special heading, the contact form and the video player – all enfolds built in Shortcodes, so even a coding dummy like me cannot get tags unclosed ;-)To be honest: I have no idea where to look for open tags or divs …

thanks for your answer, but this did not solve the problem – yet ,-)Please see the attached image: the thin orange line (not contained on the site, i just draw the line for demo purposes) marks the upper border of the submenu div. this container should move about 5px downwards to align with the thin grey line, which is supposedly the bottom-border of .header-main?
the CSS you mentioned did not show any result, even if i set it to 100px.
Any other idea?

Yigit – I wish I could say that the above code works but it only produces a color bg on an iOS device rather than stretching the image to fit.
