Hi,
Sorry for the confusion. You should not disable the Smash Balloon plugin, just replace the current instagram widget with the Enfold Instagram (Smash Balloon) version of the widget and make sure to configure the smash balloon settings as described in the documentation.

Please note that there are two versions of the instagram widget in the theme, the default instagram widget and the the smash balloon version of the widget.

Thank you for the update.
Could you be more specific about the issues? There are many Enfold sites out there without loading or performance issues including the demo, and most users who reported problems about site performance eventually solved it by optimizing their site or by following the recommendations in the articles above. Upgrading the server should also help.

I’ve a page with 5 sections using a grid element.
Each one has 4 cells, 2 with a background image and 2 with block text and colour background.I have done the following steps that you told me about another topic some time ago:
1- I have added an image inside those grids (same as the background) then hidden it in large screens and medium sized screens in Element Visibility (under Advanced > Responsive).
2- And in the cell that contain the image, I added no-padding in Custom CSS Class (under Advanced > Developer Settings).
3- Then added this CSS code in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS.@media only screen and (max-width:767px) {
.responsive #top #wrap_all .av-flex-cells .no-padding {
padding: 0 !important;
}
}It looks fine on the computer screen, but not on mobiles on VERTICAL position (tested on 6,55px and 5.65px mobile).

as the feature-request form is getting reworked atm im posting here.
We build a site to display our events on 3 subpages (german: Diese Woche, Nächste Woche, vergangene Events | english: this week, next weeks, past events). We work with the enfold templates (one template per event) to insert the content/event on the different subpages.
The site im talking about: aedenberlin.com
Example: The event-template is created on the subpage “next weeks” -> is getting moved to “this week” -> to finally get moved to “past events”
With time the subpage “past events” gets fairly long contentwise and we really miss the possibility to insert the templates ABOVE the existing content.
Per default the new templates are added below current content and we have to drag and drop it from the bottom to top manually, which is really time consuming.I think this would be a really good feature to implement “insert above current content” or maybe have a draggable component to drag it above or where i want. I needed this functionality in the past on other enfold sites too and i guess im not the only one. As i know Avada has this feature too.
I would really appreciate you to get back to me. We are able to pay for customization too if anyone from team or community has a good solution for this.

I did some comparisons and it seems that whomever did what they did to customize this theme, tried to update things manually. I am seeing the wp-content/themes/enfold/lang/fr_FR.po file contain the following:
“Project-Id-Version: Enfold v3.5\n”
and
“POT-Creation-Date: 2016-07-25 17:08+0200\n”
and
“PO-Revision-Date: 2016-07-25 18:02+0200\n”
Are you able to discern which version of the theme I am needing? I am thinking version 3.5.4 – as that version has updated language files. Let me know if you can help me make a more clear determination, and if not, let’s start with v3.5.4.

1. I don’t think that it’s possible to purchase anything on the Envato platform without having an account. I’m not 100% sure though, so you might want to reach out to their support for further help.

However, even though I’ve designed a lot of web pages with Enfold, I’ve never done any modifications in the functions.php.file, so I’m not 100% sure on how to proceed with this, but I gave it a try.
I’ve added the code you sent me into “Theme functions (functions.php).
I then tried to select Montserrat New from “General Styling” and “Fonts”, but Montserrat New was nowhere to be found there.
I also had look at Advanced Settings to see if the font was present there, but it wasn’t.
I then tried to download the Montserrat font from the Custom Font Manager. That didn’t help either.I’m not sure what to do from here. Could you please advise me further? I’ve sent the necessary login credentials earlier if you need to log into the page to have a look (and clean up my mess).

Since a few weeks we have an issue in the enfold builder styles. The builder styles are either not being saved any more or not applied or overwritten by some other styles. We tried to solve the issue, but we couldn’t.
It was working perfectly before, but since we migrated the site to a new hosting plan and/or upgraded the enfold theme, it isn’t working any more.Thank you for your help.

You can’t combine the default editor with the Enfold layout builder unfortunately, but you can design your own product pages using the Layout Builder though. You might be able to use a hook as well: https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-visual-hook-guide-single-product-page/

We are very sorry but it seems your Theme License has expired on December 2nd, 2021
In order for you to post support questions you need to enter a new valid themeforest license codeYou can purchase a new license on themeforest or if you purchased one recently simply download it on themeforest
Are you talking about the licence itself or support fee? i thought that the licence was lifetime and only support needed to be renewed if required.

I just installed a fresh WordPress on my SiteGround web hosting with the Enfold Hotel template.
In the back end, everything seems fine but on the front end, the Avia image sliders and animated text are not shown.
I already tried to switch off the different plugins, especially the SG Optimizer but with no result.
When I set the website to maintenance mode, everything worked when I was logged in, but it didn’t when I was logged out.
And after I switched off maintenance mode again it stopped working even now when I turn it on again.I have no idea what it could be, hope you have an answer.

You can refer to @guenni007’s post above and to get the Enfold shortcodes, you can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#debug-mode and enable debugging mode for ALB. After enabling debugging mode, you would see the shortcodes of the page in debug area right below Advanced Layout Builder.
