    Tawk.to seems to have corrupted Enfold icons site-wide.

    Is there a way to use tawk.to and have the Enfold icons display properly?

    Just saw that the Content Slider webpage on Enfold documentation is down and has the same fatal error: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/content-slider/

    Hello,

    Please help. I updated Enfold theme to the last version and the website went down. I got this fatal error:

    Hey nV15OoBtg21iTn5z,

    Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    #footer .social_bookmarks {
        display: table;
        margin: 0 auto;
    }
    }

    Best regards,

    Moin,

    das Styling der max. Containerbreite sowie Schriften und Farben werden nicht mehr übernommen.
    Ich vermute seit dem Update auf das neue Enfold
    Auf Mobile hingegen funktioniert alles wie eingestellt.

    Woran liegt das?

    Danke
    Anna

    Hi bb,

    Are you running the SG Optimiser plugin on your site? If so, then please try to deactivate file compression under Enfold->Performance to see if that helps. If not, then please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hey dbtpath,

    Thank you for the inquiry

    The site loaded properly when we checked. Have you figured out the issue? If you haven’t, please go to the Enfold > Performance panel and temporarily disable the File Compression settings (css, js). Purge the cache afterwards or disable the cache plugin temporarily. Let us know if that helps.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Thanks for the new element in Enfold5.1 – I think that the new Icon Circles element will make many people here happy, as they have often asked how to create the element from Kriesie’s home page. It should be used sparingly, but it does loosen up a layout now and then.

    Hey blaircomm1,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Are you referring to the Portfolio AJAX preview shown in the following demo?

    // https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/portfolio/portfolio-ajax/

    You can adjust the preview containers (image, content) and make them fullwidth using this css code.

    @media only screen and (max-width: 1200px) {

      /* Add your Mobile Styles here */
      .responsive .portfolio-preview-image, .responsive .portfolio-preview-content {
        display: block;
        width: 100%;
        border-right: none;
      }

      .responsive .ajax_slide .av_table_col {
        display: block;
        padding: 30px;
      }
    }

    Please make sure to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings after adding the css.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Layout Builder is not loading properly: For me the Layout Builder always hangs up directly at the first call in the backend, when opening any page from our website https://kellerhalsconsulting.com/ for editing.

    I have already tried different approaches from https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly (e.g. clear cache, restart, increase hoster disk space from 256MB to 512MB), unfortunately without success. Also tried different two computers and one laptop in our company, same result.

    I would like the Layout Builder to load cleanly and quickly again, so that I can regularly revise my content.

    Login credentials provided in the private content.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Thank you so much!

    So…I installed the update that was released today, and my site went to what I learned is called the “White Screen of Death.” For the first time ever, I learned how to create a staging site. On the staging site, I disabled all plugins, site was fine. I then did the Enfold update, and got the white screen of death with only the header menu, the rest of my site white/blank…so I’m guessing this means there’s a problem with today’s Enfold Update…???

    Hello,

    I was playing around with this this guide https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/menu/#logo-center-split-menu to make my logo center and menu on the left and right. It looks great but I need to make the logo larger. How about I go about doing that keeping the logo centered? I did add some code to make the logo go below the header link as well.

    Here is my current code

     /*------------------------*/
    /* CSS - Logo center split menu
    /*------------------------*/

    @media only screen and (min-width: 780px) {
    /*In the below code nth-child(x) the value of x should be half the number of total menu items*/
    #top #header .av-main-nav li:nth-child(2) {
      /* Adjust the width of the logo */
        margin-right:150px;
    }

    #header .main_menu {
        /*background: gold;*/
        width: 100%;
        left: 50%;
        transform: translateX(-50%);
    }

    .av-main-nav-wrap {
        left: 50%;
        transform: translateX(-50%);
    }

    #header .logo {
        left: 50%;
        transform: translateX(-50%);
        z-index:999;
    }

    #header .logo img {
        top: 50%;
        transform: translateY(-50%);
        max-width: 450px;
    }
    }

    span.logo {
        position: absolute;
        bottom: -40px;
    }
    #top .av-main-nav > li > a { font-family: espen; }

    Hi,

    The first thing I checked was always loading WP-Mediaelement Scripts in Enfold theme options Performance tab but as I see, you have already chose that option. I tried updating Enfold to the upcoming 5.1 version too but that did not make any difference either.

    Could you please contact plugin authors and ask if they have any insight on what could be causing the issue? :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    Hi Bernhard,

    I see that you are running old versions of the theme on both sites, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If you haven’t registered your theme licenses, then please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

    Liebes Enfold Team

    ein Kunde von mir, dem ich mit Enfold eine Webseite gemacht habe,
    hat mich gebeten seine Webseite auf WordPress 6.0.1 und php 8.0 upzudaten.
    (Siehe Webseite 1)

    Ich habe die Seite auf WordPress 6.0.1 upgedated, danach funktionierten aber leider die Animationen nicht mehr.
    Im Backend ist noch alles einwandfrei da, nur leider im Frontend nicht.

    Das php habe ich auf dieser Domain sicherheitshalber noch nicht upgedated.
    (die Webseite läuft aktuell noch auf php 7.0.3.3)
    ——————————
    Ich habe mir aber eine Sicherheitskopie der Webseite gemacht und auf eine andere Domain kopiert:
    (Siehe Webseite 2)

    Hier läuft die Webseite jetzt auf php 8.0 und wordpress 6.0.1

    Es sieht aber leider genau so aus, die Animationen incl. der animierten Fotos funktionieren leider nicht.

    Könntet Ihr mir da helfen, das alles wieder normal funktioniert?
    Vielen Dank & Beste Grüße Bernhard

    Es ist ein “One-Pager”
    Im Backend findet man die Seite unter: Seiten / Elektrosmog

    Ich würde Euch erstmal die Zugangsdaten für die Sicherheitskopie auf der Sicherheits-Domain geben
    (siehe Private Content)

    Hey Lucyna,

    Elementor should work with Enfold, but please note that we don’t have any official support for it. You cannot buy a demo only, but you can import any demo you want in the theme backend, once Enfold is installed and activated.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I enabled debug mode and copied the content to a test page, please see private. The problem is the word include which was in your content. When those words are removed then the layout builder is loading as it should. This is likely due to a firewall setting on your server, please read more here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#troubleshoot. Please reach out to your hosting provider, and ask them to whitelist the words in question.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

        width: 100%;
    }
