Having the same problem reasently.
But i’m not so shure if this a problem from the enfold theme.
I generaly realized that the wordpress 3.6 backend sometimes takes ages to load a page, ore doesn’t load at all.
So i just made a fresh 3.6 installation, this morning on a bluehost server, without any plugins and not changing the from the standard theme.
And it had the same problem to load pages on the backend. On the frontend it wörks fine.
So i replaced it with a fresh 3.5.2 and everything works fine.

If you could add a basic table import feature for .csv tables that I already have it would be brilliant! Also, make it so you can add the table to any layout by name, so you don’t have to put the data in again. And finally could you add some basic formatting options like a colour selector for columns/rows text formatting etc? Cheers the theme is cool by the way!
Actually, it seems to have just broken for me. As I write this, I went to Appearance > Widgets and opened the widget, then clicked Save to see if it would update (because it’s not upadating on its own). When I loaded my blog, I saw this repeated hundreds of times in my sidebar.

Hello,
I used another theme in the past and it automatically hid the actual email address on the page via javascript – well, the email address was still visible but not to spam bots etc. Is this a feature of Enfold?

add this to your custom.css stylesheet in folder /css/ or to the quick-css panel located in your wordpress backend at Enfold->Styling:
#top .main_menu .menu li ul a{
font-size:15px;
}
this will increase 2nd and 3rd menu font size as well as mega menu fonts size

Screenshot of minimized header after scrolling initiated on Safari Browser. Image should not be visible above the header. On Firefox the header remains flush with the top of the browser even during scrolling and nothing is visible above the header.

Hi there,
A very simple page: no layout elements just an accordion content element with all the defaults inserted on top of the tree.
Collapse/expand doesn’t seem working in Chrome, Safari: http://www.orangeuce.com/test-2/
And also something is wrong with the tabs. Very basic tab set again with just the tab content differs from the default.
Honestly I’m not sure if it was working on earlier versions as I just tried it.
Any help much appreciated.

Hi,
Just wondering if one needed to change the overall page width of Enfold from 1130px to 1090px how would you go about it.
I have changed these two values as follows but responsive behaviour is compromised.

}
What other values when need to be tweaked to ensure correct behaviour?

Thanks for the help. A few questions. How do I update my enfold theme when I am using a child theme. Initially I suspected what I am about to describe was wrong but couldn’t figure out any other way: I simply dragged and dropped the enfold update folder to replace the old enfold theme using ftp. Is this incorrect? I wasn’t sure. Butmy wp theme dashboard reads 1.9.1, and I thought the child theme was pulling from that file, so I assumed updated. I am guessing that Devin’s comment “I’m unable to pull up the main style.css file for Enfold on your theme which could also indicate a permissions issue so checking your chmod permissions might be a good idea as well” might also have to do with this, but I confess I don’t really know what you mean, or what to do.”

Hello. I’m working with Enfold and I’m trying to color code some sections at least partly through the colors (primary and highlight colors) of Avia Layout Builder Content Elements, such as horizontal rulers, icon boxes, etc.
Currently, it appears these colors are tied to a single source for the entire theme – the Enfold Theme Options styling area for Main Content. I’m pretty sure that can be over-ridden through the quick css, but is there any way to override it to assign different colors/values for different individual sections within a page? The different sections I’m building are currently broken out as separate color sections in a one-page layout.

Disabled all plugins to verify functionality. Same problem with/without the plugins activated. In Opera the Easy Slider stops on the second slide in Slide mode and is non-responsive to controls. Other browsers work in Slide mode and all browsers work in Fade mode.
And yes I’m using Enfold 1.9.1 and WP 3.6.
Just posted to let everyone know that the slide is still not functioning 100%. But it’s good enough for me.

I do not hav any pluggins installed other than the ones you guys installed during customization, and Ive tried refreshing the cache and it still have the same problem.
Perhaps it’s an issue with positioning and the header is not positied at the very top of the browser?
Topic: No Layout Builder Showing
Hi – I have purchased the template enfold – but when I open the editor as shown in your tutorial, I get just shortcode, but not the drag and drop layout that you show…. Any ideas as to why this is happening?…I have updated both WordPress and Enfold. What am I doing wrong? I have a screen shot if needed… Ive done everything exactly as described – and even compared your settings to mine , but the layout builder is not there—even in “Advanced Editor”

Hi Jwinst,
Make sure that you aren’t logged into WordPress and that the admin bar is hidden by some other plugin. I’ve seen this happen one other time with a user on an older vesion of Safari but it fixed itself after some local cache changing out at some point with no change to anything on the theme.
If you have any plugins installed you can try disabling them and see if that helps as well as clearing you local cache for the site.
I can take a look at it on my end as well though I do have the newest OS+Safari combination .

With the under construction plugin running there is nothing we can look at. If you are running WordPress 3.6 you must be using Enfold 1.9.1+.
Other than that its a pretty big guess as to what is even happening without seeing the issue live.

My Easy Slider is broken after the second photo as well but only in Opera. It slides and navigates in Chrome, it does not slide in IE10 but it does change images and the navigation works.
Opera is doing something different than the other browsers. Not really a big deal.

PS: The Fade option works in all browsers:) And I’m using WP 3.6 and Enfold 1.9.1 and have W3 Total Cache installed with Page Cache and Browser Cache turned on and Minify turned off (it doesn’t seem to help my site).
I only thing broken in my site is the Easy Slider with the Slide option and only in Opera. Not bad–I’m happy with what I’ve got.
Let’s hope for some browser/html/css standards soon so we can finally put this nonsense to bed once and for all.
Topic: Styling changes not sticking
I have installed enfold with WP3.6 and found that when I make changes ( Enfold >> Styling ) to things like the footer background colour the Main Content background colour it does not always take effect. Sometimes I can make one change but not a second. ie if I change something to blue it works fine but if I then change it to green, it remains blue.
I have:
1. Cleared cache (even checked changes on other computers)
2. Loaded a second version on the same server (different directory and db) but with WP3.5
I have not tried changing any CSS or installing a child theme.
Some server details:
cPanel Version 11.38.1 (build 15)
Apache version 2.2.25
PHP version 5.3.26
MySQL version 5.1.63-cll
Architecture i686
Operating system linux
Perl version 5.8.8

Ok I updated the theme and I am running the latest version of wordpress. I deactivated all the plugins and the problem still exists.
In addition, I worked on another site that uses enfold and I went to edit a page using the page builder and I lost several hours of work because all of the images disappeared after I edited something.
I also noticed that your Edit Homepage button doesn’t work.
I would really like to send you my login info and you can try it out. This is a huge problem for me.

I had the dummy content loaded, deleted it, went to reload it and it will not reload, deleted Enfold and still will not load. The menus come in but none of the content. Any suggestions? Thank you.
Topic: Enfold Header
I’m having trouble with the header on Enfold when viewing on a safari browser. There is a 1/2 inch gap above the header that is black, however when you begin to scroll the gap changes from black to transparent and you can see the images scrolling under the header in the space directly above the header. The top of the header should allign with the top of the browser without any black or transparent gap. How do I resove this?
