Hi Ismael & Devin,
Thank you very much! It works perfectly now.
You guys rocks.
You closed the topic even it was not resolved ))
My issue is the images like this with the kitchen and tablet. Here http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/homepage/home-v7-one-page-portfolio/
They are not being resized in responsive resolutions. Instead they are just hiding the right overflow,
And this is ruining the img an the design.
I believe I am not the first one who ask about this, but I can’t find any.
Do you agree this is not ideal, when the sliders are responsive perfectly, but not those.
I really need a solution.
My solution wasn’t ideal for me it just better than cut the image.
Wait for your solution.
P.s. I am sorry my english is not perfect, if I did not explained the issue good anough then tell me ))
Hey,
You can use this:
.bbpress .st_facebook_vcount
.bbpress .st_twitter_vcount
.bbpress .st_email_vcount
.bbpress .st_sharethis_vcount {
display: none
}

Ismael
Hey,
You can override the font files on wp-contentthemesenfoldconfig-templatebuilderavia-template-builderassetsfonts.

Hey,
You can add it on your custom.css below /* General Custom CSS */ via cpanel or ftp. You can also add it on Enfold > Styling > Quick CSS. You can use rgba and hex colors.

Ismael
Hi,
Go to Enfold > Footer > Footer Columns, select “Select” if you want to disable the footer widgets. If you want to show widgets, select the number of columns then go to Appearance > Widgets. Add widgets on Footer – Column widget areas to override the dummy widgets.

Ismael
Hey,
It’s not happening on my end. Do you have any other plugins that may interfere with the widget?

Ismael
Hi,
Can you give us a link to the website? You can use something like this on the custom style field.
background: rgba(255,255,255,.5);
The number .5 refers to the 50% opacity of the color white.

Ismael
Hi,
I checked the site on IE and the icons render properly.

Hi stwallis001,
Those are all just widgets. In order: social widget, Latest posts, tags+categories, Text widget.
The color is set in the themes Styling tab of the theme options.

Actually after some more research it appears that godaddy had a php5.ini file in to root of my domain. I cleared out the entire folder structure, re-installed wordpress, and let the install create a new php.ini file (not php5). Once that was complete i was able to install the ENFOLD template and all was good.
Hi stwallis001,
Thanks for posting your solution but the php.ini is specific to the host. What was it specifically if you don’t mind sharing so I can keep in mind for other GoDaddy users.

Devin
Hi Dave,
Can you try deleting those elements from the layout, saving, then re-adding them in?

Devin
Hi Semel,
If we can see the site live we may be able to assist with a css fix. Typically however we aren’t able to offer support for third party plugins.
Just post the URL here or post it with http://goo.gl/ to hide the url.

Devin
Hi Curt,
Not sure if Nick has had a chance to take a look but can you try switching to one of the default WordPress themes and see if you are having the same issue then?
Regards,
Devin
As far as I know none of the support crew has worked with Genesis. As for the Avia Framework its not really ready to be on its own. The themes are all based on various versions of it but it hasn’t been packaged into a portable version that other themes could be built on.
Whereas Genesis has a whole range of themes built on top of it from what the literature reads.
Solution:
Remove line 227 from the PHP.ini file.
Works like a charm.
I’m interested in this information as well! Thank you.
NOTE:
when I delete my Twitter username then it shows me the icons, but Twitter is not linked with my username, it’s just linked to such an URL:
http://twitter.com//

It makes no difference, if I enter my twitter username or the whole Twitter URL of mine in the widget – it shows always the errors mentioned above. Plugins have all been disabled.
At this point I am stuck… I would rather not switch hosting providers because I have over 30 domains with Go Daddy and out hosting packages are paid up for a while.
At this point it looks like I am stuck with a great template that I cannot use….
Thanks so much for Enfold! It is a great new theme. It is my second Kriesi theme (Avisio is my first). I would like to adjust the opacity of only the background of a layer, not the text as well. Tried several alternatives, none worked. Can you assist?
Hi there,
I was try to hide vertical line between sidebar and main content.
But I get not lucky.
I using enfold-child css file with following code:
‘
.template-page.content.nine.alpha.units {
border-right-color: #FFFFFF;
}
‘
But if I move mouse over the main area the line disappears.
Another code suggestion ?
Is there anybody that can give me the translate files for Dutch for the ENFOLD theme?
Hi Ismael,
Thanks for the reply. We’re using Enfold 1.9.1, I’ve deactivated all the plugins as well as increased the memory limit using the code you supplied above with no change. Any other ideas what might be causing this? Seems to work across Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
Hi Marssolutions,
If you are using WordPress 3.6 you *must* be using Enfold 1.9.1+ for the sliders to work correctly.
Otherwise we can inspect your site live and see whats going on live.

Devin
