Hi Ismael,
Because the issue is intermittent, you may not see the error right away. That does not mean the site is working as expected – I can assure you that we are having a major disruption to all our events that has been happening on and off for several months. For example, I could not see the error yesterday but I do today. Please try on a laptop and mobile device, and try clicking on the event links on the homepage as well as as the event links in the event calendar.
All our attempts to resolve it thus far have failed. As I previously mentioned, our dev site does not use Enfold and it works fine. Our live site, which uses Enfold continues to give us intermittent 404 errors, leading us to our default 404 page instead of event details. This leads us to believe that there is a conflict between Enfold and TEC. Have any other users reported issues like this?
I activated debug mode and I see a few errors:

Hi,
Yes, they have added those as using images or image backgrounds. For content, you can use SVG dividers on Color Section and Column elements.
I attached the image they used on header in private content field below. They basically uploaded it in Enfold theme options > General Styling > Logo Area > Background Image and positioned it on the right side.
If you have trouble re-creating certain sections, you can show them to us and we will gladly tell you how to re-create them :)

I have a problem in the main menu (mega menu)
I have chosen the transparent header with borders, where the background of the header goes white when I scroll down.
The problem is that the font of the main menu is also white when it scrolls down and I cannot find whereto change it so it goes from white (when the header is transparent) to black (when the header goes white, once I start scrolling down).

That is fine as long as your client is not planning to sell the repurposed theme.
For example, if a license holder wants to implement Enfold’s Advanced Layout Builder into another theme, that is okay but they cannot implement it into another theme and sell that theme as a product.

Yes, you can update your WordPress version. Enfold 5.1.2 is compatible with PHP version up to 8.0.x. We would recommend you to update your PHP version as well :)

Your example site does not seem to be using any of our demos – https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/ but you can re-create that layout easily.
Enfold has its own drag and drop layout builder called Advanced Layout Builder so you do not need to purchase an additional layout builder.

I recently have the problem that the Enfold fonts are not used everywhere.
For example here: https://sii-kids.de/anmeldung-online-sz-ws-projekt/This is quasi ugly. How can this be made to work again?
I don’t use Google fonts on the website for a long time, for example.

Thank you for the inquiry.
You accidentally placed the filter inside a condition just after the return statement. We just moved the filter one line downward. You can now select the Discord social icon in the Enfold > Social Profiles.

Thank you for the update.
The theme is not adding this attribute or schema by default. The only vocabulary schema that is generated by the theme is for the breadcrumb but this has been removed since version 4.7.2.1. You can find it in the enfold/framework/php/class-breadcrumb-trail.php file around line 445.

Just to be perfectly clear (sorry to bother but I don’t want our client to get in trouble):It is no license infringement to “disassemble” Enfold’s code and reuse parts of it (especially styles, JavaScript and HTML structure) to build a static website or Hubspot theme for a client?

I have the following issue: Although having prepared the font.zip correctly (by creating a zipped folder with converted google fonts), enfold’s import/export option is prompting “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond.…”
As there already had been uploaded some custom icon font-zips with the icon upload option (two years ago or so) I’m afraid that this will not solve our problems.
Could there be another reason for this malfunction?

Have you tried asking help from the Quant team? They might know what to check and how to check them. Unfortunately, we do not have access to the application and it is not included in the list of compatible browsers.

That is correct, Enfold 2017. I don’t have a third option. I can only select between No Icon or Icon. I also can’t get the layout to look anything like the 2017 demo shows with icons stacked on top of the title text. Any ideas why I am seemingly missing functionality?

I have lost all ability to update my Enfold site theme or content since last night.
I can login to my WP admin. I can see the theme and the content in the dashboard. But I cannot make any more changes, either in pages or in enfold settings. This is happening in my staging site as well as my live site.
Around 21:45 last night my editor stopped saving changes. I was able to release staging to live, but I cannot make any further changes in either environment.I have spoken to my host Godaddy and after 2 hours of me reproducing these errors (x3) they say that it is a theme issue (Enfold), not their issue… :$

Below are 4 examples of errors I am getting.
1 – If I try to edit menu (Appearance > Menus> Footer menu)
Then the save wheel turns, then eventually goes to a page with ERR_CONNECTION_RESET – and changes are not saved2 – If I try and edit Enfold Theme options (Enfold > Theme Options > Header> extra information
Then the Save all changes wheel spins, then message pops up “Saving didn’t work. Please reload the page and try again” – and changes are not made3 – If I try to edit a page (Pages > All pages > edit OR via Front end page > Edit page)
Then the wheel turns on the avia builder content area – but the content never loads.
So I cannot make a change.4 – If I try to change site settings, these don’t seem to work either.
If I go to Settings > Reading and change (number of syndicated posts), when I press save, the page just reloads – and no changes are madeDeactivating all plugins does not make any difference.
Errors are the same in a private browser.I have tested and reproduced these errors multiple times today, so there is definitely a problem.
Not sure if this is related: When I login to WP directly (not via Godaddy) I also keep getting WP login errors saying my password is incorrect.
(I have reset it many times).
After the first time that happened (20 September around 17:45) I got an email from WordPress:
“[PW Solutions B.V.] Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue”
“Wordpress caught an error with Yoast SEO plugin…”
(Link where error was caught in private info)
“Check your site” – I did this but it looked fine front-end
“Login using recovery mode” – I did this but could not see anything.
“And if that doesn’t work, contact your host” – I did – and they (Godady) in turn referred me to you.The email from WordPress included this:

WordPress version 6.0.2
