Hi!
Deactivate all other active plugins besides WooCommerce and switch to one of the default WordPress themes. If you are still getting the issue at that point its an issue with WooCommerce.
It looks like there is some minification/caching set up as well so clearing it before deactivating any plugins will be needed.

The Enfold demo uses images with 1500x1500px for the fullscreen slider. You can use images a bit larger than that.

For WPML, you need to reset the placement of language flags. I had to do this for each of my language websites. Go to ENFOLD (ES) > HEADER > EXTRA ELEMENT TAB > (Header Secondary Menu: Secondary Menu in to bar at the right)

Hello. I cannot install it. Nor messages appear saying that you are installing it. simply gives an error when I try to submit. and already unzipped the version that has all the documents and tried to just upload the folder with the theme.

1. page builder- add the ability to put columns inside a column, or the ability to change element’s width to set 2 elements side by side.
right now there is no option to do that. it sometimes needed, example: in a 2/3 column, i want to put an image that will slide from the right and i want this image to be on the left side of a text block.2. page builder- add the ability to put a color box inside a column. ( example- i want 2/3 column white, and 1/3 column green)

Hi, I ‘m having problems adding a link to a button in Spanish. When I click to edit the button it does not show the Spanish pages, only English.
I’m using WordPress 3.8.1, Enfold 2.6.1, WPML 3.0.1 and a child theme with minor css changes,Any help is appreciated.

Please, add a transparency color overlay for fullscreen slider and color sections with image background, so that text or whatever can be read easily.

Would be great to be able to enable and disable sound of section video background on element! Usefull for making awesome pages with multiple video sections, one plays with sound, the rest without.. maybe add some kind of controls aswell?

Would you consider adding the same “scroll for more” button (now available for fullscreen slider) for fullscreen color sections?!I suppose it shouldn’t be much complicated! ;)
And I have some good ideas that combine fullscreen sliders + full screen color sections + video backgrounds + parallax + transparent menu, all in the same page ;)Cheers!

Sorry for the delay. did some testing but could not figure out what is causing the problem on your installation. I have uploaded the previous version of the layerslider which at least seems to work. Would recommend to stay on this version of the slider for a few releases, since its probably a bug with the layerslider that I can’t fix right now and needs to be addressed by the creator :/

KriesiAlso, the icons don’t always light up WHITE consistently. Sometimes I have to change the size of the screen for the icons to turn white.

- Welche Server nutzt ihr bei welchem Provider mit welchen Leistungsdaten. Eure Themebeispiele sind ja angenehm schnell und flüssig. Liegt es nur am Server?!?
- Mir ist klar das ich z.B. für die Startseite noch einiges an Performance bzgl. der Bilder rausholen kann, aber das erklärt nicht warum die Unterseiten auch so kriechen und auch nicht warum das Backend mittlerweile nur noch unerträglich ist. Was kann ich noch tun? Alles Pagespeedmessungen ergeben auch hinweise in Richtung zu großer JS Daten
- Den Support von Hosteurope habe ich auch schon angeschrieben. Dort scheint alles in Ordnung. Keine Auffälligkeiten in den Logs. Ein Reverse IP Lookup ergibt nur das ich alleine auf dem Gerät unterwegs bin. (Ich weiß nicht ob Hosteurope das irgendwie faken kann – dafür bin ich zu wenig in der Materie Server drinnen…)
Über jeden Tipp bin ich dankbar!!!

WI am having problems with images in the portfolio. Here is the old site and similar to how I want to do it:

You can see there is a small preview image and then a large lightbox image for the same portfolio item. I can program this out in an HTML site, but within the WP environment I am having trouble. I am hoping I can configure something similar in the “Ajax Portfolio.” Here are my questions:
1. For a lightbox, I am used to 2-sizes, one for the small preview and one for the large lightbox. What I need are different proportions as the large full lightbox image is usually rectangular and large and the small preview is usually square or close to it.
a. Can I make the small preview image square to fit the grid layout and the lightbox image as a larger, rectangular image–that is two images for one portfolio item? Or, do all the images have to be from one main image and the small previews always just crop in square?
b. What is the minimum and maximum size for the square preview image?
c. I am using the “Child” theme, so in what files can I customize the blow-up size, background fades, and so on?
d. Is there a configuration file for the Ajax portfolio where I might customize it?2. I am also having trouble with the images. On a test nothing works well. See – http://blaircomm.us/blaircomm14/portfolio/portfolio-ajax/ If you click on the “Cushman & Wakefield” you will see it doesn’t then come up and the gallery images have all changed size. If you click on the sun image the “Cushman & Wakefield” image is in the gallery and is clickable, but the lightbox image is too small. There seems to be some sort of compression going on when I upload once it’s in the WordPress environment. Can you point me in the right direction as to how to get it right? It is essential I have high quality images for the small previews as well as the large lightbox.
3. I can probably work out the image upload and layout difficulties. My big concern is the cropping in on the main image for small square previews. That just won’t work on my portfolio images. I like the theme for the time it will save on developing the responsive site, but don’t know if it will work for me in the portfolio section. Am I trying to do something that is not possible in Enfold?

Envato support would be the best place to ask something like that since Kriesi (and us) don’t really have anything to do with the specifics of licensing other than picking which license to use.
I *think* that would be okay because it falls under a single use but I can’t really say for sure one way or another.
