Hey gatehealing,
Unfortunately you can not seamlessly covert Enfold elements into Elementor elements, these are two different page builders.
Unfortunately the Yoast plugin is limited when reading the Enfold pages, try enabling SEO Support ▸ Search Engine Optimization Support ▸ Preprocessing Shortcodes In Header ▸ allow to preprocess shortcodes.
Best regards,
Mike
Hey bbertuzzi7,
Thanks for your patience and the link to your site, it looks like the image is in the h3 heading tag.
Try setting the image to absolute position, and the text to 50% wide and the content with more top margin and the image with a negative top margin so the content is vertically centered with the image.
Try adding this css:
#custom-tab-wrapper-3 .custom-tab-image {
margin-top: -100px;
position: absolute;
right: 0;
}
#custom-tab-wrapper-3 .tab_inner_content p {
width: 50%;
}
#custom-tab-wrapper-3 .tab_inner_content {
margin-top: 150px !important;
height: 450px;
}
the expected results:

Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
Perhaps I don’t understand correctly, what do you mean by “lag”?
perhaps a screenshot would help.
I was talking abount the height of the blue text when it is two lines:

Hey Damian,
It looks like something is modifying the style sheets on your site, maybe a caching plugin or similar? Please try to deactivate all caches and minfification, including that under Enfold->Performance, to see if that makes any difference.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hey Buddy,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
#text-5 {
display: none;
}
}
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi,
Great, I’m glad to hear that it’s working now. I’ll close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.

Bonjour Mike,
Cordialement
Sébastien
Hi,
Thank you for the link to your site, it looks like the text rotator on smaller screens shows some of the longer text in two lines, when this occurs the element “jumps” some, to correct this try this CSS in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:
@media only screen and (max-width: 990px) {
#av_section_1 .av-rotator-multiline-on.av-rotator-text {
min-height: 114px;
}
}
Please ensure to copy the code from the forum and not an email notification so the symbols are not converted.
After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.
Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
It looks like the Google Analytics field can not handle the GTM script, it is not designed for the GTM script.
I don’t know of a way to allow users to disable the GTM script because it doesn’t seem to use cookies, so our cookie documentation doesn’t help.
I believe the the Borlabs cookie plugin offers the ablity to wrap scripts and disable them, I have not used this plugin but from what I have read this is the case.
Otherwise if you would like to request a GTM feature, the Dev Team has opened a new Github Feature Request for users to place requests and follow them as the Dev Team reviews them.
Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
Glad Ismael could help, if you have any further questions please create a new thread and we will gladly try to help you. Thank you for using Enfold.

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, I guess I was looking at the three columns with the green bars above them:

are these a fixed width in px or percentage? and how much space is between them? Currently you are using 1/3 columns and there is not much space between them.

I think that this css will make the space between the columns about right:
#top.home #av_section_2 .flex_column_table.av-equal-height-column-flextable .av-flex-placeholder {
width: 10%;
}

Then to line up the left edge of the first green bar with the inside on the logo, try changing the max container width at Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Layout ▸ Dimensions ▸ Maximum Container width, it looks like it is 1310px right now, try 1625px:

(I hid the slider in my screenshot to show the elements better)
Best regards,
Mike
Hey Marcelo,
Enfold is a paid theme. If you have lost or can’t get access to your purchase, then I would recommend that you consider purchasing a new license.
After you have access to the theme files, then the update to 5.6.6 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi,
Thanks for the update. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.6.6) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
Rikard

Hello.
I’m sorry but this situation is absolutely embarasing. A really awkward situation.
There is a customer of mine which website I host since 2019. However, the company that developed the website doesn´t exist no more and the website got its data corrupted. I ought to do a downgrade to the PHP version to make it work again.
Now the plugin Slider Revolution doesn´t offer any option for an updating. I contacted ThemePunch company and they requires a purchase code which I don’t have. The website uses the Enfold theme, created by your company, but I can´t get in touch with you just but It is impossible because It wasn´t me who bought this theme so I don’t have any purchase code of it. So I don’t have anybody to give a help and the website is fated because of this situation.
It is shame that companies like yours are such irresponsible creating this kind of situation so embarassing to determinate customers. Apparently it’s just a question of money, isn’t it? Well I think it is because I have no way to subscrible to your forum. The website has an error because of you and I have no idea how to fix it.
Well, I think you are satisfied because I’m not. It is a very frustating condition. So if you don’t offer any suport out of your forum and it’s needed a forking purchase code to get in it, please let me know how can I get any help in that situation.
Hi Ismael,
thank you for your reaction.
I have just temporarily deactivated the child theme after backing up the site.
So that I saw the purist enfold theme. However, even now – after emptying both
caches again – the portfolio grid did not appear.
The errors came from a map that I had integrated as an alternative to Google Maps.
I have now removed this map and the associated plugin and deactivated the plugin.
These errors should now be fixed.
But even that obviously doesn’t make the Portfolio Grid appear.
What now?
I appreciate your support.
KR – Marc
Okay, so I think I might have figured it out, and hopefully this can be of benefit to others as well.
I ran across this article from WordPress:
To sum it up, the template files need to be in the Child Theme directory, using the WordPress/Enfold default templates as basis starting points.
But, you need to add the following lines at the top (right below the first if switch that follows the open php tag.
/*
Template Name: Full-width layout (Rename to appropriate template name)
Template Post Type: post, page, (insert your new cpts here)
*/
Remainder of template follows, but that will finally add the Post Attributes meta box to the right side of the screen.
Can something similar/related-to to this be added to the Enfold Docs?
Hi Rikard
Thank you very much. Was it just the update? Because we updatet Enfold several times and the problem was still there. Or did you change some files?
Best, Tom
Good day, Ismael.
I generally turn off the block editor, as it confuses people and I would rather have them learn Avia through the Classic editor, so they gain the benefits of Enfold.
Is the Block editor the only way we are able to switch templates at all?
Hi,
Thanks for that. Please try adding the links in a widget in the header instead: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/header/#adding-a-header-widget-area

Rikard

Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!

Hi elenapoliti,
I have created a new test page based on the link you gave (link in private content), I also duplicated the search filter and pointed it to the new page.
I added this CSS Code to adjust the style (in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS):
#top #search-filter-results-4746 hr,
#top #search-filter-results-4746 > div:not(.pagination) p {
display: none;
}
#top #search-filter-results-4746 > div:not(.pagination) {
width: 50%;
float: left;
box-sizing: border-box;
background-color: white;
border: 0.5px solid #ececec;
display: flex;
flex-direction: column-reverse;
min-height: 470px;
}
#top #search-filter-results-4746 > div:not(.pagination) h2 {
background-color: black;
color: white;
font-family: 'neutratext-book', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif!important;
font-size: 18px !important;
margin: 0;
padding: 20px;
text-transform: none;
min-height: 80px;
}
#top #search-filter-results-4746 div:not(.pagination) p:has(img) {
display: block;
}
#top #search-filter-results-4746 > hr:nth-last-child(3) {
display: block;
margin-bottom: 20px;
}
#top #search-filter-results-4746 > .pagination {
padding-bottom: 20px;
display: flex;
flex-direction: row;
justify-content: space-between;
}
#top #search-filter-results-4746 > .pagination a {
float: none;
width: auto;
padding: 0 20px;
font-size: 14px;
}
Let us know if this works.
Best regards,
Nikko
Hey Anna_Tewes,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Have you tried creating a new widget area (sidebar) in the “Enfold Custom Widget Area” section? You should find a single field for the widget area name and a “Add Widget Area” button.
Best regards,
Ismael
There can be several reasons why Google Fonts are loaded externally.
First of all – have you activated your uploaded fonts at the end of the list in Enfold – Fonts? – Many upload Open-Sans but then select the default font in the list instead of the uploaded one.
2.) try this snippet in your child-theme functions.php:
function my_output_google_webfonts_script( $activate ){
return false;
}
add_filter( 'avf_output_google_webfonts_script', 'my_output_google_webfonts_script', 10, 1 );
3.). If you are using Google Apps ( Maps, ReCaptcha, Analytics etc. pp) these apps can download their own fonts via Google Server!
a) you can use for gmaps on child-theme functions.php:
add_filter( 'avf_gmaps_no_google_fonts', '__return_true' );
4.) …. better you tell us what you use from Google as an app to give further advice to prevent fonts from loading
Hi,
togetherconcept you can copy the whole function into the child theme.
M1000000 we don’t have a date for this, currently the new icon is still not available on fontello.com so I’m not sure how long it will be. If you would like the Dev Team has opened a new Github Feature Request for users to place requests and follow them as the Dev Team reviews them.
We will close this for now, if you have any further questions please create a new thread and we will gladly try to help you. Thank you for using Enfold.
Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
Thank you for the clarification.
We adjusted the css code a bit.
#top .av-subnav-menu > li.current-menu-item a {
font-weight: bold;
font-size: 1em;
color: #3a4f77;
}
Please make sure to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings. By disabling the file compression settings, you will be able to make the necessary adjustments and updates without any conflicts. Once you have made the required modifications, you can re-enable the file compression settings to optimize the performance of your website.
Best regards,
Ismael
