Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

1- Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

Have you tried contacting plugin authors as they should have better insight on what could be causing the issue?

You need to edit the code and replace “/VP/XXX/XXX” with two different tracking codes. We cannot help you further as long as you do not provide those tracking codes to us.
