Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

Please feel free to request – or vote if already requested – such feature on Enfold feature request form.

Hey David,

You can create a new pages, say “chair” and then add Portfolio Grid element to your “chair” page and choose to display only “chair” category items. Then you can edit your portfolio item which is on your main portfolio page and give it an external URL – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/create-new-portfolio-item/

Hey!

Yes, you can simply refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ and download pre-build child theme there. After activating child theme, you can simply go to Enfold child theme options > Import & Export tab and “import parent theme options” to your child theme. If styling is not applied correctly, you can simply save in theme options to flush dynamic stylesheet.

If you have made any changes on theme files, please copy them over to your child theme. If you made changes on ALB elements, please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-new-or-replace-advanced-layout-builder-elements-from-child-theme/

You can modify enfold/includes/loop-index.php file. If you can post a screenshot and show the changes you would like to make and a link to your website, we might be able to provide you more accurate information :)

Hi,

I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme.

The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and an API key. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.

If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.

Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.

I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a discount for specific users. We can only make a discount for all. Kriesi is planning to do one once the time is right but the circumstances when are out of our control, so we cannot offer an ETA.

Alternatively, you can contact Envato support and ask them if they would be able to provide one when you make a bulk purchase. Also, please let them know about your “developer license” request. We have no control over licenses however this is something we get quite often and if you let Envato team know about your request, they may make it possible one day :)

We are truthfully sorry that you are having issues with the theme however it is not very easy to find the cause of this particular issue that is why it is taking longer than it should.

Can you please post FTP logins here privately as well so we can look further into the issue?
Also, i read older posts but wanted to check with you again, can we de-activate all active plugins for testing purposes?
