Please try the following:
1. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
2. Go to Settings > Media
3. Change the square image size (increase its width / height).
4. Regenerate the thumbnails by clicking the button at the bottom.

Then add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab and adjust as needed

.small-preview {
    width: 180px;
    height: 120px;
}

You simply need to adjust options in Enfold theme options. Please note that you would need to switch language in Enfold theme options after applying changes as they are being applied independently.

1- Not sure if i understood you clearly. However as i mentioned above, please go to Enfold theme options > Header > Extra elements in each language and make sure settings are matching

2- Please go to Enfold theme options > Footer and enable social network links

3- I went to Enfold theme options and switched language to Polish and then Russian and chose frontpage. That helped with those pages.

Unfortunately, i do not have much experience with such plugins however i remember proving some custom code to users who were using MemberPress plugin and were having some small layout issues.

If you find a plugin that offers the features you are looking for and have minor issues, we do not mind taking a look into it however if they are major ones, unfortunately we cannot help.

flushed cache on your caching plugin and now it does show up fine on my end. Please review your website

I am not 100% sure but I think it is related to plugin version or incompatibility between other plugins. To test it whether it is theme related or not, you can simply update the plugin and switch theme to one of the default ones in Appearance > Themes and check if the fields show up correctly :)
