Hey Emil,
Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and re-updating the theme via FTP – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/? If not, please do so. Also, please try switching to parent theme and check if that makes any difference.
Best regards,
YigitHi,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
YigitNovember 16, 2017 at 8:59 pm in reply to: WooCommerce notice indicates that your theme contains outdated copies #877735Hi!
The latest version of the theme is currently 4.2. You can replace theme files manually via FTP by referring to this post – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
If that does not help, please elaborate on the current issue. I am not sure if i understood the issue clearly :)
Cheers!

Can you please firstly update Enfold to the latest version 4.2 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and check if that helps?

Do you, by any chance, have more than one Enfold installed in Appearance > Themes? If you have, please delete old versions and keep 4.2 only :)

YigitHi!
Great!
Sure! Let us know if you have any other questions or issues :)

YigitHey!
I attached Enfold v4.0.7 in private content field.
However, before downgrading, could we login to your cPanel and see what is wrong? We might be able to fix the issue for you so you would not need to downgrade version.
Best regards,
YigitHey Monique,
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:
.av-magazine-content-wrap { padding-left: 2px; }Best regards,
YigitHi,
Have you made modifications on parent theme files such as functions.php, header.php etc? If you have, they will be overwritten, unless you use a child theme – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
Since your content is stored on your database, it will not be affected by update but changes made on theme files will.

YigitHey vinayb,
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:

YigitNovember 16, 2017 at 3:37 pm in reply to: How to Change the Product Tile Header H2 to normal text format #877579Hi Anthony,
Please go to /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-template-functions.php and search for following code and change it as needed
function woocommerce_template_loop_product_title() { echo '<h2 class="woocommerce-loop-product__title">' . get_the_title() . '</h2>'; }H2 is default on WooCommerce
Best regards,
YigitHi Anthony,
You are currently not using a child theme. If we apply the changes now, they will be overwritten when you update the theme.
Please firstly update Enfold to the latest version 4.2 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and then install https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ and create /includes folder inside it and copy enfold/includes/helper-post-format.php file into it and then open that file on your child theme and search
$heading = is_singular() ? "h1" : "h2";and change it as needed :)
Best regards,
YigitHey Joni,
Please refer to this post instead – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/change-icon-used-for-standard-theme-elements/

YigitHi Harald,
Thanks for contacting us!
I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme.
The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and an API key. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.
If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.
I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.
Sorry for that!

.html_header_top .header_color .main_menu ul:first-child >li > ul, .html_header_top #top .header_color .avia_mega_div > .sub-menu { border-top: none; }Please make sure that > sign is not converted to – http://i.imgur.com/IDXRZQ3.png in Quick CSS field.

YigitNovember 16, 2017 at 2:43 pm in reply to: Advanced Editor Not working with Custom Type Posts #877541Hi,
First of all, this is not an issue. It is a customization and we have provided you the instructions – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/use-the-layout-builder-with-any-post-type/
We would like to help you with this customization anyway, just for your satisfactory and we understand that your case might be urgent but each time you self post, your thread changes position in our queue so please try avoiding that.
That being said, on which custom post type/types you would like to use ALB exactly?

YigitMerhabalar,
Temanin icine yerlestirmek yerine alternatif cozum. FTP uzerinden wp-content icerisinde languages/loco/plugins/ klasorune gidip dil dosyalarini kontrol edebilirsiniz.
