Could you please post FTP logins in private content field?
Also, please make sure your PHP version is minimum 5.6 which is recommended minimum version for WordPress. Enfold is compatible up to 7.x.Best regards,

Enfold is compatible up to 7.x.Since you mentioned in another thread that you need to downgrade to an older version, i attached it in private content field in case you would like to wait until we figure out what is causing this issues. My current guess is using older PHP versions than 5.6

Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to upgrade PHP version and then let us know so we can look into it again?Regards,

Enfold 4.2.6 is available on ThemeForest. Could you please firstly try updating the theme to the latest version via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ ?

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

You can simply add button element to your page and insert Youtube link (not short link) then add “?iframe=true” to the end of your link without double quotes :)
