Sorry, i was too focused on FTP, must have overlooked.
Another possible issue could be “events_countdown.php” file. Please go to wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/ folder via FTP and delete events_countdown.php file if it exists.
As i mentioned i could not find the correct installation, if you could please point it out, we can solve it for you.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Sorry for the inconvenience! Issue occurs on servers running PHP versions older than 5.6. I replaced header.php file on your installation to bring up backwards compatibility with older PHP versions.

Issue you reported here is related to header.php file. You can alternatively contact your hosting provider and ask them to upgrade PHP version, preferably to 7.x.
You should not have any issues with Enfold. Can we activate Enfold and check the errors on your site and fix them?

Issue occurs on servers running PHP versions older than 5.6. You can either upgrade your PHP version to minimum 5.6 and preferably to 7.x or replace /wp-content/themes/enfold/header.php file with this one – https://www.dropbox.com/s/r389b5x4ippscyn/header.php?dl=0 via FTP to bring up backwards compatibility with older PHP versions.
There are 51 installations in total however i could not find these two sites. If you could point them out, we can replace the file for you as well.

A fellow Enfold user was having the same issue and on Enfold’s Facebook community page she mentioned that deleting and recreating widget helped. So i tried the same and it worked. Please review your website :)

Yes, it is possible to disable animations.
Enfold is fully compatible with WooCommerce. You can display titles on hover. If you need to display file name, that would be possible with some customization as well.Let us know if you have any other questions :)

You can import icons from http://fontello.com/ and https://www.flaticon.com/packs. You can also upload your own icons on http://fontello.com/ and import them.

Please enable debugging mode – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/ and you will be able to see shortcodes on default editor and right below Advanced Layout Builder :)
