Apparently Instagram has made some changes. Could you please try replacing wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/class-framework-widgets.php file with this one – https://www.dropbox.com/s/k0te522ilwdcpik/class-framework-widgets.php?dl=0 and check if that helps?

I’m experiencing a “Instagram has returned invalid data” in the footer widget when I use Enfold Instagram. I see a downloadable class-framework-widget.php. Is this still the fix? Running 4.2.3

Yes, that is the fix. But before applying it, please make sure you are using the latest version of the theme 4.2.6 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

@sophung you should go to wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/ folder via FPT and replace class-framework-widgets.php file. If you would like us to do it for you, please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach FTP and WP admin logins in private content field. If you post them here, they will be visible to creator of this thread as well.Best regards,

Thanks I’ve sorted it out! I just saw the word FTP and I instantly remembered where I can change the files. My site looks fine now :)

I did everything according to the recommendations in this thread, and it worked. However, suddenly and without any changes from my side it’s broken again and the error message is now in German “Instagram hat 200 nicht zurückgegeben.”. Really annoying. Any hints?

After I replaced the class-framework-widgets.php my the insta widget on my website worked. By when I wanted to go to my wordpress admin it was just blank. What have I done wrong?
