    Hello
I am very annoyed (especially my boss) because since the update to 4.2.6, the site is inaccessible and announces a 500 error.
I put a default theme and it works but not Enfold Theme.
Can you tell me how to go back to an old version so that the service is not interrupted for our customers.
Thank you very much in advance for the help you will give us.

    Hi Francois!

I replaced header.php file via FTP and it worked. You can check out this post for more information – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/fatal-error-after-update-4/#post-929883 :)

    Best regards,

Yigit, thanks a lot for your help
I was looking for a post that was about a 500 error but I had not found solutions so, thank you for the link to the post that deals with the version of PHP. I will see how to change the version of PHP at my host because I do not want to have problems in future updates. Thank you very much for your speed and efficiency.

    Hi,

    You are welcome! :)

For your information, you can take a look at Enfold documentation here – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/
And if there are features that you wish Enfold had, you can request them and vote the requested ones here – https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
For any other questions or issues, feel free to start new threads under Enfold sub forum and we will gladly try to help you :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit
