Have you tried de-activating all active plugins to see if that helps? I noticed that you are using a very old version of WordPress. That and server settings might be the reason as well.

Could you please firstly try updating Enfold to 4.3.2 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update and WordPress to latest version and let us know if you still have the issue?

Enfold is fully compatible with WPML. If you are looking for a free multilingual solution, please consider using Polylang or qTranslate X which are also not officially tested with our theme however there are many users using these plugins.

Please note that version used in video is not the latest version. We have added more features to the theme and with each update we make improvements.
