Are you using plugin i attached in private content field?
If so, you would need your Cornerstone purchase code to update the plugin.If you would like to receive Enfold auto updates in WP dashboard, please refer to post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-registration and insert your username and API key in Enfold theme options.

Unfortunately we are not able to retrieve purchase code from invoices. Maybe you could try contacting Envato support with your invoice and they might be able to transfer the license to your own account? :)

Thanks for your patience Julie and sorry for the inconvenience, this one is a tricky one. I have been trying to locate the issue however i was unable to do so, so i passed all the info to our devs.
@tina_billinger has located the issue and told me we are going to need to refactor a function in order to be able to handle such large number of posts. @guenter, who wrote the function, is away for 10 more days. If you would not mind, we would rather wait for him since he knows his code the best and fix this issue once and for all :)Best regards,

I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme.
The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and an API key. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.
If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.
I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of WordPress as well. You can go to /wp-content/themes/ folder and rename “enfold” folder to deactivate it, then login to WP dashboard, update WP and then change themes name to “enfold” again.

Yes, only duplicate files. We made major changes in Enfold 4.3 so when theme folders are merged instead of being replaced, it leaves those duplicate ones.
This should not happen in future. In case it does, please delete the theme and re-install it via FTP :)Cheers!

Clicking “OK” does nothing, just like few months ago so i double checked, tried port 22, restart Transmit (file transfer tool i am using) twice but none helped. I cannot remember how i logged in last time though

No it looks more like a connection issue between me and your server :)
I tried logins but i am getting “The server’s host key has changed since your last connection. This is most likely due to a server change, but you should check with your server administrator to be sure. Click OK to accept the new host key.” error again and not able login :/Best regards,

I tried updating the file from WP backend but it did not work. Could you please go to /wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/class-framework-widgets.php and replace its content with this one and check if that helps – https://pastebin.com/haBT2FWr ?
