It should be either your browser cache or some sort of server sided cache

Your front page was chosen in both Enfold theme options and in Settings > Reading. I disabled your selection in Settings > Reading and that helped. Please review your website :)

Please update Enfold to the latest version 4.4.1 and then add following code to functions.php file
