can't get an email confirming forum registration with password info

I bought your theme twice… I have tried to sign up for your support forearm but have not gotten the return password info… so I continue to write you guys to get this problem solved but my emails keep being ignored.

This is really deplorable support!

What has to happen for you guys to finally fix my problem today where I can login to the support forums for the products that I’ve already bought from you???

I was going to buy the same software for five additional sites I own – but that is not a consideration as long as I continue to receive this kind of bad support.

Please solve this problem today so I can get help setting up my theme for .
