I am not sure if i understood the changes you would like to make clearly however you have transparent header mobile because you have following custom CSS code

@media only screen and (max-width: 890px){
#top #wrap_all .av_header_transparency, .av_header_transparency #advanced_menu_toggle {
    background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.65) !important;
    position: absolute!important;
}}

Please delete and header will not be transparent on mobile.

For other changes you would like to make, please post a screenshot.

If your client would consider upgrading their theme, we would definitely recommend Enfold :)

and add following code right below that line

I just checked your portfolio page and navigated between categories however i cannot see any issue. Have you decided to use 1/1 column element instead of Color Section element?
