Admin bar issue seems to be related to one of the plugins you are using. Please try de-activating all active plugins and activate them one by one to find the culprit.

You have Grid Row elements on your page. Grid Row elements are full width elements and their content do not adapt to container width. Please consider using Color section element with Column inside it instead of Grid Row element.

Have you tried going to Enfold theme options > General Layout > Dimensions and adjust “Maximum Container width”? Your slider would be fullwidth as well though

Please replace following custom CSS code

with following one
