Would you like to change background color of contant form? If so, you can add Color Section element under Layout Elements in Advanced Layout Builder, change its background color in settings http://i.imgur.com/YElE6cK.jpg then add contact form on Color Section.

I do not have a change to try it online but can you go to Enfold folder and open Header.php file and find following code in line 114

1) You should go to Appearance > Widgets and add widgets in footer columns.
2) First line is for top and bottom section of pricing table and second line is for content section. Please add these codes to Quick CSS and adjust as desired

You can create a wiget area in Appearance > Widgets and add desired widgets then on page edit screen you should find layout on the lower right and set sidebar http://i.imgur.com/8BYLtxR.jpg
