Hi,

I changed the date and seen the issue then went to Enfold theme options > Performance tab and disabled file merging option as you are already minifying both CSS and JS files in SG cache and that helped.

Yes, I am keeping an eye on this thread and can check the issue once it is present.

As I mentioned earlier, to figure out what is causing the issue and to fix it, we would need logins. If whole site breaks, then we would need FTP logins as well as WP logins.

Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#add-elements-to-alb and copy /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/av-helper-slideshow.php file to you child theme inside /shortcodes/ folder, then edit the file and find following line

$meta['video_mute'] = 'aviaTBaviaTBvideo_mute';

and change it to following

$meta['video_mute'] = '';

Sorry for the late reply!

I noticed that you are using WP 5.6. I updated Enfold to the latest version 4.7.6.4, which is not compatible with WP 5.6 yet but to rule out version related issues.
I also installed Enable jQuery Migration helper plugin however that did not help as well.

I think issue might be related to one of your plugins. Could we try de-activating them all to check if that is the case? :)

Licenses are connected to Envato accounts which were used when purchasing the license. You could try to contact Envato support team and ask them to transfer the license from consultants account to your account. I am not sure if that would be even possible but if it would be, then you would probably show some sort of proof such as invoice and copy of the license.

Tokens are used for auto updates. As long as previous consultant does not delete the token from their Envato account, you would receive auto updates.
To start receive support from us, you would need to register to our support forum using a purchase code – https://kriesi.at/support/register/. If you do not have it, please contact the consultant and ask for the purchase code so you can register. If they have already registered, please share purchase code with us privately so we can delete the account to free the purchase code :)

If Envato support says it is not possible to transfer the license and previous consultant would not like to co-operate, then I am afraid your only option would be the purchase a new license.

Issue seems to be related to button being fullwidth. I tried re-creating your button using Button element instead with following shortcode and that displays the button just fine
