Please go to Enfold theme options > General Layout and change the layout width as needed and flush browser cache. If issue remains, please post the link to your website.

Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps. Re-importing dummy data will load new data on existing data that is why you have double of everything. If you have not started yet, you can re-install WordPress on a new database or you can remove imported pages, posts, media elements etc. manually

I have added the code to Quick CSS field and flags are removed. I saw that you have added the code to style.css file of your child theme but it is currently commented out.

Do you flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times after making the changes? It sounds like cache related issue.
