Yes, Enfold is fully compatible with WPML plugin ( you can check it here – http://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/ ) and many of Enfold users are using it for their multilingual websites.

You can but theme options would change and extra data would be imported to your site. If you have some pages in mind, you can post the links to it from demo page and we can send you shortcodes and you can enable debugging mode ( http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/ ) and create those pages only

I believe that was your WordPress installation or a plugin related issue. As @albertpr9 said, please go to ThemeForest/downloads and download the latest version and re-install the theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/faq/#install

Sure, please add your logo and then go to Enfold theme options > Header > Header Size and set it to Custom pixel value and choose the height you would like to display. Logo will be resized automatically

Only way to fix the issue is by re-updating the theme via FTP.
Please upload freshly downloaded enfold.zip file somewhere via FTP/cPanel and tell us where so i can update the theme for you.Regards,
