    I checked your site and it appears you have managed to fix both the issue?

    Please see the attached screenshot. I did not find any issue trying to access submenus or viewing the mega menu.

    You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.

    Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:

    1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
    2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
    3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.

    Hi,

    Once the settings are reset, I’m afraid you cannot restore it unless you have a backup.

    All your settings will be stored in the database. You can try one last time to restore the database instead of the public_html folder.

    Please backup your database and perform the restoration just in case if things get messed up you can restore it from the current backup.

    Or try to set the theme options once again and export the theme settings from Enfold > Import/Export tab for future use.

    Some of the changes you mentioned above can be done using the theme builder and some will require custom coding. You can easily find them on our support forum or just open a ticket and we will be happy to help you :)

    WooCommerce booking plugin is not a part of the Enfold theme bundle.

    At the moment we do not have a list of sites based on the demos but please feel free to check out the Enfold showcase section.

    I’m sorry but we do not provide a test licence at the moment.

    The code should have worked but every site is built with different settings and custom code. There may be something that’s causing this issue.

    For testing purpose, try the code on a fresh installation and I’m sure it will work but that’s not how all sites are and I value your feedback.

    Since the code is not working for you, please remove it and let’s try a different approach.

    Please try installing this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/search-exclude/ and select the page you want to exclude from the WordPress search result in the plugins settings on the pages.

    Thank you for the permission. At the moment it appears the plugins work fine and did not cause any issue but please activate the plugins after the issue is resolved.

    One last step I would like to try is to activate the main enfold theme and create a lightbox image.

    Please install and activate the plugin and deactivate W3 Total Cache and other plugins for testing purpose.

    I tested the page on Windows Chrome and the links worked fine for me.

    However, I found that the right menu link does not highlight correctly.

    This could be because of a custom code added may be not working correctly. Please remove the custom code, clear the cache and check the site again if the issue persist.

    How to clear the cache

    If the issue is resoled after removing the custom code please check the below link for more info on customization.

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    I checked your site and the error seems to be the result of a plugin conflict. Please see the attached screenshot.

    You can try connecting to your site using an FTP client and re-name the plugin folder in wp-content\plugins

    Please enable the double opt-in for your MailChimp list from the MailChimp settings

    You can follow this guide to enable the double opt-in options

    You can enable it while creating the list as well

    To enable the double opt-in in the enfold theme. Just click on the Mailchimp element and open the options. Here select the “Double opt-in” as seen in the below screenshot.

    Please perform the below steps to resolve the issue.

    Please update your theme to the latest version 4.5

    If a dashboard update does not work for you, go ahead and update using an FTP client.

    Install a child theme

    If the CSS code still does not work for you please use the below jQuery code in the child theme functions.php file

    In the above code, you can set a value for the section ID and background image URL.
    This code will change the mobile background of the section in the test page.

    The contact form works fine. It appears there is an issue on the page.

    Please check the test page link in private.

    From when did this issue start? Prior to that did you add any code or make any changes to your site? It appears to me that a custom code or some plugin may be causing this issue.

    Please try removing any such code or plugin if you still have an issue go ahead and re-creating the homepage, it should work fine for you :)

    Hi,

    Thank you for sharing the link.

    The error you are noticing is not related to the theme. I was able to subscribe with my email successfully.

    Please try a new email address and it will work fine. If you try an email which already exist the mailchimp throws up an error. Please login to mailchimp site and check the email list and make sure the email you are trying to subscribe is not listed in the database.

    To isolate the error further you can simply install the mailchimp code on a default wordpress theme and check if the same email address works.

    It appears some code is in conflict.

    Did you add any custom code to the site or a plugin after which this issue started?

    The theme is outdated now, first deactivate all plugins and update the theme manually to the latest version 4.5
