What do you mean the Enfold does not seem to be very stable? The things you changed to be able to upload images is general server settings and not even theme related.

That is the separate footer page and we cannot check the shortcodes for it, unfortunately. You might need to import the demo and get the shortcodes from there. You can even do it on a local machine, no need to for the subdomain.
