Well, thank you. I tried to make a change on a page and clicked preview, the change was not there. I clicked ctr+shift+r or ctrl+f5 and changes were there. So this is merely a caching issue.

You need to go to Appearance > Menus. Then to Screen options and check “Description” there, then you can see and edit that field
