Well, you can try to re-do all the settings in the theme options.
If you need to update the theme, you will need to purchase another license or try to restore your ThemeForest account if you can find some access data.
For technical support you will need to register here kriesi.at/support/register with your item purchase code .
Then you can go to https://kriesi.at/support/ select the theme you purchased bookmark the URL.
Example: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold
Scroll to the bottom of the page to open a new ticket.

Thank you for you interest in Enfold. This functionality is not available in Enfold out of the box. It might be added by some plugins or custom-built by an agency or a freelance developer.

Well, the automatic updates system does not work properly all sometimes. You can update via FTP, you can go to your Themeforest account and download a fresh version there.
In the new version of the theme, you get the field to add the token in the theme options.
