Well, the automatic updates system does not work properly all sometimes. You can update via FTP, you can go to your Themeforest account and download a fresh version there.
In the new version of the theme, you get the field to add the token in the theme options.

Yes, you should add the css removing margins for the p in the toggler.
Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css#top .main_color p.toggler { margin: 0; }Here are the docs for you:

You are running an old version of the theme, you need to update to the latest, which is 4.6.3. New version coming soon as well.
