The text is vertically centered relating to the grey area, not the spans that they are rendered in. Also, you were asking about vertical alignment and so I did not look at the issue like that.

Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css,  if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

    .av-tab-no-icon.av-tab-no-image .av-inner-tab-title {
        text-align: center;
    }

No, the website will not be deleted. Settings will stay in the database, only the files will get updated. It is still recommended to have a full website backup ready before attempting an update.

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your ThemeForest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works.
