The animations seems to trigger fine on my end using Chrome, in which browser are you seeing this problem? If you have a screencast of the problem then that would help as well.

Thanks for that. The login is asking for an additional code though, and I’m not sure where to get that?

An Authentication Code has been sent to the email address associated with your account. Look for an email with “Login Authentication Code” in the subject line.

Also, did you try disabling all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them?

Thanks for that. I can’t see exactly what is going wrong on your site, but it looks to be a plugin conflict. Could you try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce to see if that helps please? If it does then you can enable your plugin back one by one after that, to see which one is causing the problem.
